Recruit Mobile App - no access to calander
There seems to be no access to my Recruit calander in the mobile app. Am I missing something? To me, to be mobile, one has an essential need to be able to views appointments, events and so on. I do not understand why calander has not been included. In the old zoho recruit it was possible to synchronize zoho recruit calander with mobile devices but this does not seem possible in the new zoho recruit. Mileage Recording in Books Mobile App
Recording mileage is a primary use of the Books mobile app for android. Is there a way to revise the home screen to include an icon that provides one touch access to the record mileage screen? As it stands, the "record expense" icon, when pressed, assumes what's being recorded is a purchase and does not give an option to record mileage. Therefore, one has to drill down Menu > Purchase > Expenses > Add > Record Mileage each & every time which is far too many steps to access a common function
Rotate Mobile App
I've asked for this feature before a long time ago...and was hoping it would be implemented by now, but it obviously isn't. So, here goes again. Your mobile app would actually be useful if it would auto-rotate when the device is used on it's side. I have a tablet with keyboard cover that I use as a primary device. However, your app is basically useless on this device since it doesn't rotate. Please add this functionality as soon as possible! Thanks...

Is there a way to view all recipients of an A/B test?
I am viewing the results from my first A/B email campaign, and the only stats that I can see are for the emails that were sent after the A/B test completed (in this case, all of the remaining emails sent with the B subject line). Font and line breaks appear after copying text
Dear Zoho, I am copying text from various places (Word docs, Google docs, emails using Outlook 2016) and after the text is copied into an email (UTC-8 formatting), numerous line breaks and font changes occur. I have tried removing the formatting from the destination, which did not work. I also tried to change the destination text to the exact same format, font, size and everything to match the Zoho email. But this did not work either. It's quite frustrating because it makes emails look really unprofessional
Locked out of Zoho on some accounts
I have a number of email accounts held among 3 different hosting companies all accessed for many years in the one Zoho A/C. This morning I discovered all the email accounts on one hosting account would not work and they were marked as DISABLED in the settings of Zoho but clicking on this did not change to ENABLED. When i am importing leads and select skipping by email. does the email check use the domain to skip or the whole email id? for example: if we already have name@acme.com, does the system skip name2@acme.com or will it be considered a new id?

I'm trying to set up Active Directory user and password synchronisation, and found this tool: https://www.zoho.com/mail/zdsync-tool.html But I can't find any documentation/support for it. I've installed it and it's picked up my AD domain, but I don't know what to enter for the URL in the Zoho connection dialog. Is this tool no longer supported? And if so, what's the best alternative for ongoing user/password sync with AD?

Email not sending from iPhone default mail app
My email id is setup on my macbook as well as iPhone. on mackbook it works fine and I am able to send / receive emails. But on iPhone I can receive the emails only, whenever I send an email it just get rejected and showing the following error message. I have attached the screen sot. I am using same email configuration both on my laptop and mobile phone. Any suggestion would be appreciated. The sender address has been rejected by the server.

Hello Here's a question from our support agents: Is there a way to send an email to the customer when creating a new ticket in Desk? I have two data sets (reports), properties and bookings. I want to create a form that uses a dropdown to select a property (from the property report) and then have all the bookings (from the bookings report) for that property displayed. How to show a hidden single line field by a multi-list selection?
I want to create a form with a hidden field that is only shown when a specific selection is made in a multi-list drop down box. Say the list is of choices of what the customer is contacting me for. Their choice is not in the list, so they'd choose "Other". When "Other" is selected, a single-line field is shown. I've been able to hide the single-line field, but when i have not been able to make it appear with the "Other" selection from the drop down box.

Sales Order Items to Creator Form
Hi, I am looking to see if I can transfer the items on a sales order to a form created in creator using tick boxes Example, we sell a basic pizza with various topping. The products on the sales order are Pizza, topping 1, topping 2, topping 3, etc. Can Creator take this information and populate the form as a Pizza with check boxes ticked if a topping is on the list? Hi we currently have one set of data in creator (customers equipment) linked back to our zoho crm via contacts name. We would like to import a set of data into a second form (service calls). these are currently in zoho crm and are also linked to contacts name. the aim is to be able to print service sheets in creator for customers showing the site engineer the equipment and previous service calls for that customer. Hi, I'm looking into migrating our family email service which is currently hosted on my own server at my own domain using SME Server 8 (see: SME 8, a CentOS based distro). Is it correct that the free account can have up to 25 addresses? Can this free account use my own domain? I read about your IMAP import feature for importing our old emails. Hi I am a paid member of ZOHO CRM And for the hundredth time my Zoho CRM Social Tab does not update correctly, it can work perfectly for several weeks, but then it simply stops working...I have posted several times about this.... and I know there are New Messages in Facebook from prospects but they simply do not show up in my Social Tab, so I have to add them manually instead. The problem sometimes resolves "magically" days later or I have to delete and re-associate my facebook account once again.
Incorrect MX record when using incoming gateway with external AntiSpam
Hi, I moved to a paid anti-spam solution as the spam started to increase quite a large. However now i am getting notifications that the MX records are incorrect. My domain MX is pointed to the anti-spam provider and incoming gateway in zoho has my anti-spam provider ip address. As the incoming gateway is populated, shouldn't the MX incorrect notification should be appearing? Thanks, Yalini
