hello, I'm having weird issue if my email has no activity for a long time, and then I send an email, then it will not be sent, there is no transaction in my cpanel email tracking but the next emails will be sent normally, until there is no activity for a long time (maybe 12 hours) this occurs every day, the first mail of the day is not sent
Creating a Web Form that tracks referral source automatically
I am trying to figure out how to use Zoho forms to automatically track the source of the visitor who filled out the form. For example I want to use one form that will capture traffic from multiple sources like organic, direct, ppc, etc. I know I can create a dedicated form where I send all of my ppc traffic with a hidden source field that defaults to PPC, but I can't figure out if it is possible to have it pulled automatically. Has anyone done this?

Strange new behavior - up until two days ago, we were able to send and receive email via desktop email client (Entourage), now any attempt to send emails from Entourage generates an error message. Incoming emails are still received OK within Entourage and sending/receiving emails works OK from all mobile devices. Outgoing settings: smtp.zoho.com SMTP service requires secure connection (SSL) - checked Override default SMTP port: 465 - checked SMTP server requires authentication > Use same settings

Hello. On 22 February 2017 ceased to operate ZOHO outgoing mail on Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express, installed on computers with Windows XP. When you try to send letter - a bug (0x800CCC1A) appears, but the mail of other servers (such as Gmail) is working properly. On PCs running Windows 7 or Windows 10 everything is OK. How can we solve this problem?

Hi everybody, SInce today, some email accounts I have configured in old Outlooks (2003 / 2007) stopped sending emails with error 0x800CCC1A - your server does not support the encryption type you have specified. Nothing was changed on these configurations, and all at once stopped working. Any ideas?

I am new to zoho. Trying to set up email notifications. Help says that with Setings>Mail>Appearance I am supposed to see something in the bottom right corner of the pane that will allow me to enable notifications. I don't see it there. What am I missing? Thank you.

Suggest adding capability so that notes that are added from within a task are added to the timeline. If this is available, please share how this functionality works.

Ideally, I had expected it to just automatically update in background like native Google Contacts on Android for example. Hello, Our Zapier account can no longer connect to Zoho CRM with an API Auth code. I notice that the "Zoho CRM API Access" toggle on both our admin and standard profiles are disabled and it says it cannot be modified for this profile.
