Default Reports to All Application Users NOT All Users
I think this would be a change that would be beneficial to everyone. If you have a customer portal, you don't want to default access all reports to all Users. I have to have people check our portal daily to make sure odd reports aren't displaying. Please consider not Defaulting to All Users.

All our domain email accounts are blocked. unable to send mails
Please help us asap. Our mail accounts at boamar.com cannot send mail at all, even a new account just created got the error 554 5.1.8 Sender address blocked. We acknowledge that one time we use one account to send mail possibly tagged as a campaign mail. The nature of our business is to design and manufacture swimwear clothes. Multiselection Picklists and Reports created of one option from the list
I'm trying to tag contacts with various tags. I've created a multiselection picklist for these tags. Now I want to only see all the contacts that have one of those tags. However, reports only list the tags all together. In other words, the multipick list has created a one to one relationship, but I need a one (contact) to many (tags) relationship. How can I create a report that shows up all the contacts who are tagged with just one of the options from the multiselection picklist?

Greetings! I are relatively new to Zoho Help Desk and so far I like it. An issue that I'm trying to work around is the display of account numbers on Tickets. All of our customers have account numbers. Those account numbers are needed in order to pull the customer up in different systems. Domain with GODADDY not working.
I am using a Domain bought through Godaddy on Shopify. I have used ZOHO to link my domain with my gmail account. I have setup everything according to instructions. When I try to link to GMAIL I get an error. I am unable to receive emails to my Zoho email from any other email. Item costs in foreign & base currency
I have a question regarding bills and costing of received items, we usually purchase products from external suppliers in foreign currency, then we pay for customs and taxes in base currency which then contributes in the purchased items costs. My question, after we record a purchase order for the external supplier then pay the bill in the foreign currency, how do we then record other costs for customs, taxes and other admin cost in base currency and reflect it to each item cost. Sync shared calendars with CalDav?
Problem: User A shared his calendar (edit priviledge) with User B. User B has to be able to edit the shared calendar entries on his Android phone. The sync with CalDav or DroidDav only shows his main calendar. The shared calendar neither appears in calendar.zoho.com under settings/sync. We need a way for multiple users to be able to work (create/edit/delete) on the same calendar from their mobile phones. How do we solve that? Thanks! Roman

Hi, We sell mobile accessories like to distributors, retailer etc. We obviously buy packing material like boxes etc for these phone covers. But we don't sell these separately. We need to make purchase orders for these boxes - which means we will have to make them as items. However, since we sell phone covers and not these boxes, we are not able to track them. Square workflow
New user here. I noticed that two square payments from yesterday were combined into a single deposit into Square Clearing, with the customer name "Square Customer". Is it possible to split that out into two different customers? How do people usually record sales made through Square? Not sure if this is relevant, but I prefer not to generate invoices, instead I just record sales (which I assume is only necessary for cash and check sales). Thank you.
Create, Charge and Send Invoices question
I send out recurring invoices monthly for 3 different services. I have Zoho invoices send me a draft before it gets sent to the client. I do this because I use different email templates according to the service i'm billing. I always have to select the email template from the dropdown because the default one is always selected. My question is if I set the Recurring Invoices option as "Create, Charge and Send Invoices", will it always use the default email template? Charles

bug in PO creation while in Inventory
When I create a PO while in Inventory Module, the PO is created but it doesn't show up in the list of POs. I have to go to Zoho Books and view the PO there before going back to Inventory and then it shows up. Is this a bug? -Tom

Terrible user management for admins
I've been working with a variety of enterprise level CRM's since 2004 and I've never encountered such poor user management features for admins. The inability for an admin to change the email or password of a user is truly bewildering. A user has left and I simply want to change the email on the user to the new employee.
