Is it possible to dynamically create a filter with option of OR for a view
I have a view set. I want to dynamically filter records by saying 'Pull records with Criteria 1 OR with Criteria 2'. I know I can set it up manually by going to Summary page of a report. Is it possible to write a deluge script to pull up this view based on user inputs by setting up two different Criterias and using OR condition? Cannot add email alias to any email account
Hello, For some reason, we are having issues adding email aliases to any of our Zoho Mail email accounts. When we try to add an alias, we get an error message that says "Unable to add Alias Address". Any help would be appreciated! Also, for some reason, Zoho has added some aliases to our email accounts. Duplicate E-Mails Confirming Account Closure
E-mail forwarding was enabled for the Zoho account, thelondoner@zoho.com. I deleted thelondoner@zoho.com on January 3, but continue to receive 5+ e-mails a day confirming the account's closure at the forwarding address. I've reported the spam to abuse@zohocorp.com and Tweet @zohocares on numerous occasions, to no avail. I've also tried logging back in to thelondoner@zoho.com to delete the forwarding address, but the account no longer exists. Please advise.
Working with a date field
I am using an on User Input script to process the value entered in a date field. My problem is that if the user just types in a date the on User Input script is not executed. It only seems to work when the date is selected by clicking on the calendar icon. What is the best way to work around this shortcoming? Is there a way to prevent the user from typing anything in the date field so they are forced to click on the calendar icon? Thanks, Ken

Zoho creator seems like a really robust platform but my first impressions are that it is buggy and unpolished. I hope I'm wrong but I suspect this forum post will land in a black hole somewhere. I am trying to create a simple employee directory that includes a photo for demo purposes. I have followed the instructions in Zoho's help file but the image that is supposed to appear in the help file just displays the infamous black "x" icon indicating the picture no longer exists or the link is broken.

Using a .csv file to import record to Zoho CRM giving me a problem
Hi. I need to import some contacts from Salesforce into an account in Zoho CRM. In order to do this I need a .csv file. As we all know, the "Account ID" field of the import is mandatory. But basically this is what happens: the account id is:1754161000007234032, but Excel changes it 1.75416E+18 and therefore Zoho does not recognize it as a valid Account ID.I have searched with Microsoft and Excel and it doesn't matter that I change the field in the .csv file to text, general, etc. after I save the

Groups - not receiving emails
Hi, We are having issues with the Zoho emails when creating groups. We have an online ordering system on our website, and when placing an order, the order emails are not being received by the users under each group. Could you please help? Connecting projects
My previous post didn't seem to go through. Sorry if this becomes a duplicate. Is there a way to connect a project to another project? For example, let's say I want to create a project that has our company goals. Or maybe each goal is it's own project. Then I have a bunch of projects that are related to those goals. Similar to the way a Task List connects to a Milestone, is there a way to connect one project to another project? Thanks.
From Email Address Not Available In Templates
When saving email templates, the "from email" field is not displaying all of the from email addresses that I have configured. I expect to see all of my verified from email addresses that I have setup for my account. As you can see the "artist" email address is missing from the template selection. See screenshots attached

Connecting project to another project
Is there a way to tie one project to another project? I don't think this software is necessarily built to do this but wondering if there is a workaround. Calculate points by platform and line chart
I'm trying to recreate this chart in Zoho and running into a few problems. It shows how many points are achieved over a few years and has separate lines for where these points were achieved on App or Web. In my table I've got separate columns for - the year points were achieved, ie 2016 - the amount of points the given row achieved ie 1000 - what platform they were achieved on, ie app or web (A or W) To get a similar chart to above, I'm thinking I have to create a formula column calculating: - amount
