Is there an effective way for me to report on the following?
1. Is there a way for me to associate a cost to a project resource? 2. Get the hourly rate to appear on the timesheet report? Being able to report on hourly cost and rate would be great. It is one of the things that keeps me from embracing both the out of the box Zoho Books reports as well as build my own using Zoho Reports. It looks like the billing rule that figures the rate only gets applied when the invoice is generated.

filtering a subform lookup with a mainform field
Hi! :) I have a Products form with a lookup field on Factory form. I have an Order form with a lookup field on Factory form The Order form has a OrderItems subform with a lookup on Products form. At the subform OrderItems I want the lookup on Products form to show only the records that match the Factory chosen at the Order mainform. Is this possible? Thanks :)

Response to invite not received by sender
Hello - I received a meeting invite in my zoho email from an outside sender (office 365), and while I can select "Yes" on the invite, the sender does not receive my response. I have confirmed this with my own exchange hosted account on a different provider, by sending myself a calendar invite, and clicking "Yes". I never got a response to the invite. Please advise.
Email Policy : Send Email Limit!
HI, I have a Zoho mail free account with a limitation to send 1000 mails per user. My Qs is do i get to send more mails if I sign up for a paid account? As this limitation is leading to my account getting blocked! I get a mail saying that the account is bloacked because the number of emails sent were higher ( probably then the limit) After clicking on unblock link it starts working again. I would like this blocking to be automatically removed in my account the next day. Pls provide more info on the

Hi Zoho, It would be great if there was an option to hide/show reports/views/forms in mobile app. Kind of like a publish setting, but strictly for mobile app. There are select forms and report that I only use on the mobile app and some html pages that only work on web version... Emails won't delete or move on the server side.
I am using Apple Mail (macOS Sierra). I have an IMAP account set up in Apple Mail, but when I delete or move a mail message in Apple Mail, it does not also delete or move the message on the zoho server, leaving the webmail, or my iPhone inbox with the message still. It will mark messages read, and will create folders on the server side however, just not move them. When I delete or move on my iPhone, it does delete or move on the server, and Apple Mail also shows the changes.

Archive Email - Inbox
Hi there - I have completed a process of "Archive" in my Inbox and other mail folders. When I click the "View All" on any of my subfolders I see the option to see the Archived messages and it works fine. However this option is not available to me on the Inbox itself, yet the messages prior to the archive date I set are also no longer visible. Can anyone assist? Thanks.
