Zoho reverse charge expenses
Hi Zoho I am in the UK and need to process a large amount of expenses generated in other parts of Europe. When I add an expense from - say - Germany I cannot add it VAT INCLUSIVE. so say I have a fuel expense of total €53.50 with VAT of 19%, €8.54. If I add the total €53.50 and choose my 19% VAT rate, the system works out the VAT as €10.16.... which is wrong. If on the other hand I process the expense as NET, €44.96 it will work out the correct VAT but my cashbook (BANK) will be wrong. Please can
Job Openings issue
The Job Openings section has gone from our candidate pages. This means we are unable to associate candidates to jobs from within the candidate page, or view which jobs they are associated to. This seems to have occurred since yesterday. I have tested it in multiple browsers to check it is not a chrome issue but the issue is the same. Screenshot attached.

Problem with filter on activity view
Hello, On the former ZOHO version it was possible to filter the view with any visible columns even the column "description" With the new version even if we add the column "description " in the view it is impossible to make a filter because this added column does not appear on the drop down box list on the left side Is it a bugg???? Mail not reaching recipient (no error message received)
I am trying to send e-mail to a rather long e-mail address. For some reason the mails will not get through. I have tried from another e-mail account that is not Zoho Mail and that works fine. The e-mail is julbord.Scandinavia.gothenburg@radissonblu.com Any solutions?? It's particularly bad since neither them nor we get any error of delivery message. Just lost in cyber space!
Zoho creator crashes
While reporting in Inspections, I have the following concerns: Most important, the app randomly crashes during use @ any given time, I could be waiting for a score to calculate, or go out of app to look at some notes I want to add to the report & come back to the app resetting itself. I can only add 2 emails under client at a time, when I may have to send it to 4 at a time, so I have to forward it as a PDF & cc the 2 clients listed in the app so they know I forwarded it to everyone else. Not Receiving Emails From One Domain
Hi Guys, I love the service so far but I am having some issue receiving mail from ONE domain. I have tried sending emails to my Outlook, GMail, and other business related accounts. Integrating books with a software licence generator
We are looking at the following scenario. We sell software. We have situations where we need to handle particular sales manually. A licence needs to be generated and we have a restful api that enables us to do that. In the manual situation when the invoice is created in books we would already have received payment. using Zoho fields in Rich Text possible?
Hi there, I want to use a rich text in a form, where the user can also place zoho fields. The value of the field should then be rendered in the rich text or in an output. Is this possible? For example, if the user could add something like "Dear {!Customer.Firstname}" within the rich text, then I want to be able to render this in an email stating "Dear John" in the email body. Email Analytics Report after Upgrade from Standard to Pro
I just upgraded from Standard to Pro to evaluate the Email Analytics and Top Ten Templates reports, but I'm not seeing any data. I assumed the data was in the database and the report could pull it, but will the Pro version not provide data for historical emails? only those I send going forward?

Error when adding an admin to my CRM. New Email address is registered to someone else.
Hi, I am super admin and have added a colleague as an admin to our crm. The problem is that when he logs in he gets to a page for registered email verification for a name that isn't his and an email address that isn't his. He's a new employee therefore has a completely new email address, but somehow, on Zoho, it is already registered to some one else. Please help - It's unproductive and driving us nuts! Thanks Pete

Zoho Creator Sending Additional Emails to Select Database Member. Why!?

Zoho Mobile App iOS Not Syncing At All
Hello Zoho, I am unable to perform any functions using the mobile app. It won't sync at all and simply displays "request timed out."
