Contest subtotals?
In contests with multiple behaviors, is there a way to show subtotals of where participants are getting their points from? Right now if there are a few behaviors in a contest, there's no easy way to tell how many points are coming from each behavior. This makes it hard for a contest participant to see where they are excelling and where they are falling short. Is there a way to do this, and if not, could this be added to Motivator? It would go a long way to help employee motivation!
Are custom KPIs part of the free plan?
Or do I need to have a paid account in order to use custom KPI dashboards?
Export Expense Receipts
I like the "Expense" feature and the ability to upload directly the "Receipt". I use it to take a photo of my restaurant bills or to upload the PDF of my train/flight tickets. But you can export the list of expenses but not the receipts and I need it for my accountant and for my clients (billable expenses) So I developped a little script in Ruby to check my account and download all the receipts in a directory tree by client / project Take a look, fork, improve ! https://github.com/jgrossiord/zoho-invoice-get-receipt
Problem with reset password
I have a company email account with zoho - admin account - admin@mycompany.com For some reason it did not accept the password (msg Invalid Password) - so I clicked on forgot password Now it asked me to enter my email where zoho will send a link to reset the password Since I cannot access my admin@mycompany.com email, I gave my personal email - personal@mail.com I got a mail with link to reset my password and tried signin in to admin@mycompany.com with new password but it keeps giving me Invalid Password
Targets use a 7 day week, instead of a 5 day week
Can we get an option to use a 5 day week for computing targets? Most companies work a 5 day work week, not 7. As a result, targets can show people being 'on track' throughout the week even when the pace they're on won't let them finish by Friday, so it's not very helpful to gauge how your company is doing and give people a false sense of how successful they're being.

I searched and followed the instructions here: https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/can-t-delete-mail-from-email-client The instructions did not work for me. The weird thing is that "sometimes," very rarely it will connect, and I will be able to move messages to trash, but only maybe 1/100 times. I've poked through all settings in mail.app and zoho and I am running out of ideas, it is barely usable like this
Importing Paypal in Zoho Books
Hey guys, we need to import Paypal transactions in Zoho Books. Has anyone figured a way to: - Import multiple currency transactions reliably to Books? - Grab the "Gross" revenue from Paypal but also capture the "Paypal fees" as a separate categorie? Address registered error cannot be registered again
Hi, I have registered a webmaster email but unsuccessful with a customized domain name; however, since it is now stuck in the system database, I cannot add this address to the account management on the admininstrator admin account. I would like to set the link name of an inputted url to be the inputted date of a document. No more search results in new UI?
In the old UI when I pressed "back" after a search, it displayed the search results again. The new UI does not do that. It goes back to wherever I searched from, completely skipping the search results. What if I need to go into multiple records from the search? You removed usability!! Now I need to keep performing the same search to look at multiple records? Please put back in.

Hi Zoho, I've seen a post directing this here, but I can't find it now.... I have an html page displaying data from different forms, I'd like to have the option to edit the data straight in the html page - meaning when I click on the data, an update field tiny window will pop up next to the text (just for the field that needs to be updated, not for the entire form). Mass delete 60000+ Account/contacts.?
I asked ZOHO for mass delete 60.000 contact/accounts, and they replied some days ago,that ZOHO will do it for me. They asked for the CIDs and login/passw ,which I have them some 5 days ago.... and then SILENCE. I am paid User Ultimate version. Mass delete on the normal way, is not covering ALL the Contacts/accounts and for small number only. Let me know, so I can proceed with Fresh Imports. Thanks,William
Why is email I am receiving from my colleague with same domain name being classified as Junk?
I have been receiving emails from my colleague on same domain name appearing in my folder as Junk. These emails have zipped attachments. In any case, shouldn't emails from same domain be given the benefit of doubt and not be classified as Junk?
Dropbox/Box integration
Any plans to add Dropbox/Box integration? We currently use Box for file storage/sharing. Would be nice to be able to "attach" proposals to Potentials. Any way to do this currently with API's or something?
If formula to populate field with another field's value
I have the following fields in one of my queues/tabs Claimed - currency field Claim Pending - currency field Credit Memo - single line field I'd like to write the following formula. Mapping the Date Time field
How should the date time look in my spreadsheet to ensure it gets mapped across in my import? Should it be both date and time in the same cell or should they be in separate cells in my spreadsheet?

I am proposing a change in the LEADS module of Zoho CRM. My company uses the LEADS module for potential, future Prospects & I'd like to file the Lead using the Company Name rather than the Lead Name. When dealing with other businesses, it seems backwards, that we have to refer to a Lead by an individual's fist & last name, rather than their actual company and business name. I am proposing the ability to have a Company name as well as a Lead Name, but have the ability to have the Company Name be
LOST ADMIN ACCOUNT
I lost the password to admin account of kahiga(at)deepseasstudios(dot)co(dot)ke which is the admin account. The account has no alias email and when i try to reset password, it send the reset link to the email above, which again i cannot access leaving me stuck in a loop. Monitor multiple mail-adresses for one contact
Currently when I have multiple email-adresses for one contact only on of those gets shown below. But sometimes one contact writes from different email adresses, this way I cant see all mails from one person. Is there a fix for this or am I doing something wrong?
Scheduled mass email limit
We have a Professional subscription with 5 users. I see in the documentation that: "For a given scheduled time only three bulk email processes are possible." However, it looks that we cannot set more than three schedules IN TOTAL. If 3 schedules are already set, we cannot create a new schedule, even if it would be meant for another scheduled time. This is very annoying as we have different email template types and we cannot schedule all of them. Please respond asap, as this is very critical for us.
Can we colour code in the leads list in ZOHO CRM?
I want to colour code my leads so that they can be visually filtered. It would be very helpful if you could help me set it up. Also a direct integration with the 'sheet view' would be awesome. So that I can change colours of town in the sheet view and it would automatically reflect in the normal view. Also filtering by colour will be necessary. Pls assist.
Customer name required field in Import Sales?
I am trying to import the individual sale transactions from Stripe. I am using the Import Sales since there is no import when Stripe is added as a bank. (And why is that?) The import keeps failing because there is no valid customer name. I do not save any credit card information when I collect sales, so I do not have a customer name. I tried to create a dummy customer and use it for all the imports but that does not work either. OK I give. I must have the individual transactions from Stripe listed

Only Migrating Selected Emails
Hello, Does Zoho allow only selected emails to be migrated into the system? My sales team does not want all of their emails to be pushed into Zoho. The only emails they would like to be migrated are those that they already have data for within the system So they have the contact James - James@outlook.com in their account, they would like only the email relating to James from their email account to be copied over not the entirety of their emails.
