anyone know how to embed a link to an image so people who get the email can click on it and it takes them to youtube or aother page?
Problem with Assignment
Hi, Kindly help me to solve this problem. 1. I am using Zoho CRM free edition. 2. I have one user 'A' who is Sales Executive to collect lead from market. He is assigned standard profile. 3. I have another user 'B' who is a Tele-caller to make calls to these leads. He is also assigned standard profile. 4. I have setup a workflow rule to assign all the leads created by user A to be assigned to user B 5. But my problem is user B can't see these leads. Kindly help.

I followed to the dot the instructions to setup the accounts, even I go the Welcome email from Zoho; however, all emails I sent are not reaching the other side and I am not getting the emails sent by my clients. I tried sending emails to my zoho email marlinleon@idealhairsolutions.com and I am not getting these. not null date field
Is there a way to create a "not null" condition to indicate that an email has to be send when the date field is not empty? Something that replaces null on the code below if (input.Date_Time1 != null) I have also tried if (input.Date_Time1 != null) { //do nothing } else { //send email } but it is not working.

There's a percentage ratio of each email Templates that been used indicating the Opened/Cliked ratio. But some templates had been sent has no STATS info, only show "-". No Analytics. Why is it?

Link attachments not visible in API
Hello, I'm trying to get Lead's attachments of type "Link" through API but it returns only attachments that were uploaded as files to Zoho. Attachments added as "Link (URL)" type are not there. Here is an example request: https://crm.zoho.com/crm/private/xml/Attachments/getRelatedRecords?authtoken=TOKEN&parentModule=Leads&id=LEAD_ID&scope=crmapi Is there any way to get link attachments?

But we are working as sourcing company and we are BUYING, not selling, so people are happy to get our emails, I don't believe any of them consider our emails as SPAM. If you still consider this being breach of your terms can you please unblock the email since it is first error from our side and we will use zoho campaigns as you suggested when sending multiple requests for quotation.

On the classic view (which I can n o longer seem to access) there was an icon similar to a timer, on the left which showed my ten most recently viewed contacts. Custom Fields from Accounts module are not visible in deluge scripting using getRecordById
I have added several custom fields to the Accounts module. One of these fields is a single line field called "Address Coord". I want to create a simple Custom Function to retrieve this value. The new custom field is not returned to my Deluge script using "getRecordById" or "searchRecordsByPDC". All field permissions appear to be correct, I am on the Enterprise edition of CRM. Stop Click on URL From Opening Record Options
My form has a URL field that populates the column titled "Invoice URL" on my reports. Every time I click on any link under the "Invoice URL" column, the link opens to a new window AND also opens this additional box on the right-hand side of the page that shows options available for that particular record. Need to insert a "." between numbers in a string field
I am trying to take a string field in which a number like 1415 is entered and have the field insert a "." so that the result will be 14.15 What is happening with either of the examples below is resulting in 14.5 with the Creator Cursor spinning forever and locking the record/field up. Can someone tell me how to "end" or "return" the processing so it will stop continuously looking at the field named Start_Time and move on the next field or process. Old Mails on Zoho not getting synced to Outlook
Hello All, We has setup Outlook 2010 with Zoho. I can see a certain user has 182 emails on the Zoho Webmail but when we setup Outlook, Outlook downloads only 64 mails which are the latest emails but the older mails are not getting downloaded. I have enabled ActiveSync under Zoho Control Panel for the User, then deleted the Outlook Profile & setup Outlook again but the issue still persists. Can someone please help us??? Regards, AJ

iOS: Only one photo shares when selecting multiple photos
When I try to share a Moment or multiple photos from the Photos app to Zoho Mail, it only attaches one photo. For example, I selected 4 photos and when they were passed to Zoho Mail, only one attachment displayed with a name of FullSizeRender.jpg. Seems like a bug. Can you replicate?
