Data communication between state and stateless form
This is the scenario. I've question form with single select question field. When I select the question, it has to popup answer stateless form. Once I click ok button, data which I entered in answer stateless form need to go to the question form. I'll submit the question form, once after collecting all the answers. I've the following issues, 1.I could pass data as querystring from question form to answer stateless form. But the vice versa couldn't. 2.Once the answer stateless window popup, question

I deleted a list because it was getting unwieldy. Now I can't resync the view on CRM. It is saying that they were opted out or something. Please help.

Since yesterday all my emails from Zohocampaigns seem to end up in spam ... I even sent two to my gmail address and they went to spam. At the top of the email in my spam folder it says: Why is this message in Spam? We've found that lots of messages from zcsend.net are spam What can you do to rectify this ASAP?
Form Custom Fields Not Appearing In Workflow Options
Hi, I'm new to Campaigns and am trying to set up some email automations for leads we have coming in through Zoho Forms & CRM. Is it possible to call a function from a Field On User Input and then have that function send data back to the form? Either to the same field or to another field within the form? I realise i could update a value in an existing record but in this case i want to pass a value to a form which the user is currently filling in. Zoho Mail
Hi, I am a Zoho Recruit and CRM user. I am using Mac Mail for my email and having to either bcc dropbox for all outgoing email and copy and paste for incoming mail. If I subscribe to Zoho Mail will all my email that is sent and received be also copied into the relevant lead or contact in CRM and candidates file in Recruit. In addition will I also be able to continue to email via my iPhone or Mac for the same to apply or does it work via a web mail type application. Thank you for your help. Steve
Cannot submit ANY expenses
Getting the following error when attempting to submit and expense even though all required fields are populated. Have been able to submit reports before. The numeric indicator in the error message will increment depending upon the number of expenses attached to the report. Anyone else getting this? Could be related to maintenance taking place? Can a segment be edited after creating an automation?
In the automation creation process, I've selected a list segment to send the automation too. If, at a later time, I wished to edit the segment parameters for this automation, could I do so? I see I can "view details" of the segment that the automation is going to, but I do not see where I can edit the segment parameters. Thanks, J
Inaccurate Data
I am having these issues... At the time of reporting several weeks using Timesheet by Project and Memebrs reporting feature, my reports does not show all the weeks checked off by my boss. His reporting does but not mine, both are based on the same underlying data. Why is that? The timesheets for certain employees seem to go blank at times and suddenly the data appears weeks later. Hi, Is it possible to fetch the total quantity of an item in a report? for example I have a report with all the requested items, I grouped this report by description. So if 3 people ordered 2 apples each I will have 6 apples as total for this item. Then I have a Purchase Order form with a subform to add the products. There is a lookup field in the subform. So many bugs with Zoho CRM and Email! When can someone call me back?
I'm radically frustrated with this product and if someone doesn't call me back to help --- I will absolutely cancel this subscription and get another product in 2016--- the CRM has bugs, the Email takes a solid 35 mins to arrive in my inbox. Zoho docs is slow and the format is buggy -- Zoho Workspaces is complete garbage. ----- EVERYTIME I submit a "please help" request -- I get NOTHING back. Am I the only one suffering with this? I'm shocked at how unresponsive they are....

Zoho Calendar (subscribed calendar) to Zoho Mail iOS calendar
I have two iCalendar (webcal) calendars I subscribe to in Zoho Calendar, after getting the latest iOS update the calendar events are not showing up in the iOS app (they flash briefly then disappear from the daily agenda that displays below the calendar. Not sure if this is an issue with the Zoho mail iOS app? Thanks!

Email reply, with ticket number in subject, creating new ticket
I've searched the blog for this issue, have found a few close to the same description, but not exactly. This is our scenario sometimes [It does not always happens this way] - The good - We have a ticket that we send out an Email message from within, so it has the ticket number in the Email. User replies back, also with the ticket number in the Email. The bad - Instead of including this reply in the original ticket, a new one is created, but it also has the same ticket number.

countif returning #NULL! -- formula worked fine yesterday
On my 'Hosts' tab in my spreadsheet, this formula: =COUNTIF(Sites.$N$3:$N$185;$A2) worked fine up until now, where it's only returning #NULL!. The range in question on the 'Sites' tab is correct; I've quadruple checked that N3 is where my data starts and N185 is where it ends. I have a strong feeling that this is a problem on Zoho's side but would love any tips.
Cannot view campaigns more than three year old.
I have campaigns going back to August 2013, but the list stops at September 2013 (three years ago). Any reason for this limit? Also, now that I've got LOTS of campaigns in my history, it might be a good idea to revisit how they can be quickly accessed...
Campaigns Reports - Top 5 etc...
Would it be possible to have some work done on the reports? When I run a report, e.g. Top 5 Opened, my top 5 opened campaigns are some test campaigns sent to a handful of test recipients. Not useful at all. Sure, I could go and delete some of those campaigns, but instead, would it be possible to set the report to include only those campaigns that have, for example, 50 or more recipients? In that way, all my reports would be more meaningful and automatically exclude the test campaigns.

Problems with phone number when registering
I have heard of Zoho as a great alternative to gmail, with superior privacy and a simple interface. I'm having some issues registering a mailbox, specifically with my German phone number.
