My emails was send, but i can´t see the messages text
Dears, I am receiving emails, and i can send too. But, after to send, if i check my sent box, i can´t see the text that i do in this message. See bellow: Someone know, how can i fix it? I sent an email to my gmail account, and the message has delivered but without text. Thanks, Higor Souza

Deleting additional mail user accounts
Hello! Hello! My issue is different that what your team responded too. Currently, when logged into my Super Admin account (charisse@prettycommitteelashco.com) in the Inbox. Underneath the 5 icons on the left toolbar I see three @ symbols denoting 3 additional mail accounts. Please see photo. I go into my Control Panel> Mail Accounts, and see a total of 4 accounts listed. I want to remove the last 3 as I did not create them, and I don't know how they got there. Now once that survey is returned, our compliance department needs to vet these submitted applications via a separate RISK form. Hi, I have a Multi Select Field and it is working good. Sometimes I need to rearrange the order of the Selected Values in the Multi Select Field for some reason for instance if three Values have been selected in the order Val-01, Val-02, Val-03 .. Then If I need to rearrange that order like Val-03, Val-02, Val-01. Subform only works in Mobile App
I have created a subform to sort data on the back end as we process orders. The subform has a status field with a drop down but when I try to edit that field in the report in order to sort submissions I receive an error stating "You can submit this form only through the Zoho Creator App" Is there any way to get around this?

I have two forms in an application. One is called Asset List and the Other Asset Manager. Asset Manager has a field called 'Asset Scan' which scans a bar code. Asset list has a field called 'ID Tag' which lists all of the codes which may appear in Asset scan. How do i fetch the description, depot, serial number and model from the Asset List form and place this as text in a separate field called Asset Details which is in the Asset Manager form, based on the Asset Scan being the same as the ID Tag?

Dear I got an e-mail saying this: "This mailbox has exceeded its maximum allowed quota." But I've only send a couple of mails today! Can you please let me know what the maximum allowed quota are? Maximum amount of outgoing e-mails? Maximum apount of recipients? Maximum amount of MB? It's a shame that Zoho says it has e-mail services for free, but then you can only send a couple of e-mail per day... This is not good for businesses. Best regards Tine

Forwarding mail problems
hello, I'm trying to find the easiest solution to my forwarding problem. I was using user accounts (paypal@mydomain.com) set to forward the emails to my gmail (mydomain@gmail.com). They were forwarding fine, and deleting fine off Zoho so my Zoho account wasn't being flooded with all the purchase notifications. Then I started looking at upgrading to a paid account as I need multiple domains. However, I have to pay for every user, even when the user is just an email address for my paypal emails.

Not all items that make up a composite item are inventory items. So we are back to square one. We can build half an item with no services included which is not an item we sell. Which manufacturers are producing products with no work associated with that assembly? How are people using the composite item feature without this? I am choosing an online booking package, looking at schedulista, appointlet, youcanbookme, bookstream as my favorites so far. I found me searchlist on the SquareSpace forum - so I know I am getting something that integrates well on the website. But, I want to be sure I can integrate with Zoho Calendar. None of them mention zoho as an option - speaking to ios and google and outlook calendars integration (as you would expect). Any experience integrating the zoho calendar to a booking app?

Hi, We have migrated our client list through to ZOHO, however, we are now looking manually entering our account numbers which are in the format of (123/S1) - however, ZOHO keeps giving us an error to input a valid account number. We tried several variations, but it seems that it doesn't accept Alphanumeric numbers. Please let us know of a solutions this matter.
