Error sending mail - mail rate exceed limit
Hi Could you please lift the block on our account? We are not a marketing company but a fanclub, so we don't require campaigns etc. We are simply trying to send out a notice of an Annual General Meeting for all our members (146 people) with a small document attachment of an agenda. Can't change managed account password
I am trying to change a managed user account password in Zoho Mail. I am logged in as the domain administrator. I can edit the managed account user, enter the new password (twice), and my admin password. When I click OK, nothing happens. Nothing appears to be happening. I don't get any errors, no notice that maybe I don't have the right set of characters in the password. What am I doing wrong? Thanks
Limit leads to owner
Hello, we are new users to Zoho and running into an issue. Some of our agents are so excited to contact the leads that they don't always filter to their leads and we've run into the issue of agents contacting other agents leads. is there a way to limit the leads that standard accounts can see? is there a way to default the view to My Leads instead of All Leads? I tried looking through FAQ's and the forum but i didn't see anything specific to this.

Zoho Invoice <-> Zoho CRM syncing
I'm having a problem that I can't figure out. We are using Zoho Invoice for a while now and have about 85 accounts in it with contacts and invoices. Now we are setting up Zoho CRM. So originally, we had clients' names as Display Name in Zoho Invoice. When we synced data with Zoho CRM, new accounts were created, but account names were client names and we wanted them to be Company Names. Form Notification Timing?
When a form is completed and a notification email is asked for, is the notification sent in real-time or is it sent in a batch or loop .. e,g, like every 5 mins, etc. I'm curious to know whether the system is setup to instantly send the notification or whether it holds it and sends every X mins as a "batch". Zoho Mail Unathenticated Mail
Hi, I tried getting help for this over chat but didn't get any solutions. When I'm sending an email from Zoho CRM to a Google account the email is being received as an Unauthenticated Email with a Description as "Gmail couldn't verify that mystore.com actually sent this message and not a spammer" as well as a large red "?" as my icon. I have set up a work flow rule, in this work flow rule there is one alert and one task. This rule is activated in the event of an updated field. The rule works great and has a time based alert and task. These work perfectly. The problem I have is that I require the time based calculation of 5 days to be 5 business days. Error with Record Sharing in Zoho CRM 2016
Hi Zoho, A few of our users switched over to Zoho CRM 2016. When they did that, however, they were no longer able to edit records that had a different contact owner. This is editing any field (e.g. phone number, email). The user makes the change thenthey received an Access Denied error message upon trying to save. I have searched the forums but do not see an answer to this. I need to restrict salespeople to only seeing and updating their own records only. Managers and Admins will be able to see all. But I do not want salespeople to be able to view/update others records. Is this possible? I know I can restrict by Groups but I need more granular control. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Our company requires the ability to track email opens and link click throughs via our CRM. Evidently, Zoho doesn't offer this feature out of Zoho CRM nor does it have any integration parters. Is this feature on Zoho CRM's roadmap, is there an ETA?

Multiple Potential Forms
Hi Is there any way we can design different layouts for a potential? We provide a range of services, each with different field types. We have the fields in different sections. Currently the potential layout has to show all of these sections even though most are redundant. Outlook 2016 EAS
I appreciate that ZOHO supports EAS for Mobile Devices (on iOS) and that you also support POP/IMAP for Outlook, however, if using Outlook 2016, I would prefer to use the EAS, especially as you already support it on mobile devices. I have set up my outlook as both IMAP and EAS to see which works and I've noticed that my SUB FOLDERS do not sync with EAS. Inbox and Sent items work well, but sub folders don't. Is this a simple setting issue or something else?

The direct mail from zoho login is working I tested that. But using phpmailer is not working. Make field layout/view dependent on the selection of another field / pick list
It would be great if you could hide a field altogether based on the contents of another. For example, I have a pick list for warranty status with items "warranty" and "non-warranty." If "warranty" is selected I would like to show other custom fields like warranty number, warranty status, and warranty payments. If "non-warranty" is selected, I would like to hide those unnecessary fields from the module layout. I realize you can map field dependencies, but this would take it to another (better) level.

I was trying to setup the following domain tamarozzi.com in the process it asked me for OTP verification, but I waited for 30 minutes and I didn't receive any OTP in my mobile. During the process I initially gave samuel@tamarozzi.com as email for admin account. Now when I am trying to initiate the process again it says that "this domain is not supported or already registered with zoho" and if I am trying to login with the administrator email account it says that it is not registered, please help
