Allow to freeze the column header row in Zoho Project
It would be nice if we could freeze the header row for the views in Zoho Projects: PROJECT NAME % OWNER TASKS MILESTONES BUGS START DATE END DATE WEB DESIGNER Please consider this, its difficult when you have lots of tasks and projects to know what each column is. Thanks
Zoho CRM Note Tagging Notifications are not Properly Notifying the Tagged User via Email
Since mid/late last week, all of our notes that have a tagged user are not properly notifying that user via their email address. These notifications are showing up in our feeds, but not being pushed to the proper user's email. Is anyone else having this issue or is it isolated to my account alone? In regards to our workflow, this almost puts us at a complete standstill. Map Limits
I am no longer allowed to update a map. Is there a maximum number of characters or items that can be held in a map? or The map is being held as text in a multiline field in order to be used at a later stage. Is there a max number of characters allowed in a field. Thanks

Emails stay in Inbox and being moved to folder or deleted
A consistent issue where I delete or move email messages and the messages stay in the inbox. Exists in both the old and new version.

Please check why our subscription was downgraded to free plan. Some users have been blocked for exceed 5GB storage in free plan, but we signed Standard 10GB Plan few years ago.

Importing leads - limit?
I am attempting a very small number of leads (less than 50) and I am continually getting a message "SORRY YOU CANNOT CREATE MORE THAN 100000 RECORDS IN THE STANDARD EDITION". I am not trying to create more than 100,000 records...I'm trying to create 50. I don't know if there is a max or a way to find it, but over the past few days I have deleted literally HUNDREDS of duplicates (there was an import that had gone wrong a long time ago and we have a LARGE number of leads people who are duplicated

EMAIL INTEGRATION OUTLOOK / OFFICE365 / EXCHANGE SERVER
We have setup a ZOHO CRM system for 2 users with outlook 365 integration thought the plugin. All works fine only i have one question. On the page of a lead you have the email section. Here you have following option : 1)sent Emails from CRM 2)All 3)IMAP SHARED USERS. ( and both users are shown ) How come i cannot see ALL email ( sent from within ZOHO + sent from OUTLOOK ) when i select ALL ? Thanks in advance Andrew

Subform formatting using new UI is a mess
I am trying to customise the size of the fields within a subform. For some reason, the titles adapt to the entered size, but the input field seems to default at 150px. I've tried this on Chrome and Edge and it does the same thing, see the image below for an example. This really limits the usability of the nice new UI. Help!?

OMG I get hundreds of Spam emails every since moving my mail to Zoho. Isn't there a Spam Filter on the Zoho Servers? Do I have to do anything to enable it? I"m only allowed 50 emails per hour and they are all used by Spam then my regular mail gets blocked!!!

Sync Contacts from CRM custom module to an Automation Campaign
I set up a sync from a CRM custom module "SLI LEADS" to ZOHO campaign, "burnout quiz taker". The sync happened on schedule yet the one lead in SLI LEADS was "ignored". Looking at the sync record is put the eMail address of the lead as a "group email". I'm not sure why the eMail was ignored? Why is is considered a "group email"? Can you help? Also - Is there a workflow or automation that can automatically delete the records off of SLI LEADS after they are synced with a campaign? Thank you.
Campaigns-Add other managers/admins to zoho campaigns
I created some campaigns, i need to allow other individuals in our CRM to get in and see the same campaigns I made and help manage them. How do I add other users from our zoho account? I tried adding them and I got a message saying "that email is all ready associated with an account. I did this - Settings > Manage Users > Add User > This email address has been already used in some other organization. So you cannot add/invite this user. I also tried adjusting privileges.
