Relation between forms
Hi Zoho Community I need some orientation creating relations between forms in my app. I will explain you what I have and what I want to do. I have a Catalogue, where my products are. I have Purchase Request form (PR), trough this form all departments in the company request the products they need to the purchase department. this form(PR)has a subform (PR Detail), that has a Description field, which is a lookup field to the Catalogue. It also has quantity field and Status field (dropdown with 3 choises:

changed fiscal year now asking me to setup
I changed the fiscal year in my ZOHO Books and now when I log in it is showing me the setup screen we get when we log into it for the very first time. What's going on? Is the whole thing deleted or something?
When trying to save customized modules, it does not save.
Hi, I have a issue that when I try to save customized modules, it does not save. I can save the default modules without any problem, like contact or deals, but the ones that I created, when I push the save button, it says loading, but it doesn't actually save. Do you have any idea why?
How to get emails fed to Zoho for a Mac?
Help please... I know you currently dont have an Outlook plug in for a Mac however is there a way like with our CRMs that I can send emails via Outlook and blind copy in a specific email address that talks to Zoho? Are there any other ways I can send emails in Outlook and save them to Zoho when the email address matches? Surely there is... Thanks Matt
FORUM - internal and external view
Hi Zoho Project Team, its quite good how task can be internal and external - so client can see selected tasks or group. However that is not the case for FORUM. It would be good have FORUM to have "internal and external" option - so client can see on the external FORUM only. Internal forum stays with the team alone. In addition it would be good to have merge option in FORUM as there many case team member responds via email and it opens up another forum post. The above would be really good if implement.
Failed to connect email to an iphone
Hi, I am having issue to connect a mailbox to an iphone. I am using Exchange option from the iPhone but It was saying "Verifying" and then failed I have enabled the ActiveSync option in the control panel (see the attached image) The email address is edwin@seventro.com
Zoho sync for Android doesn't work properly
Hello, I've installed the Zoho sync Android App and I got two issues. First, only a few contacts are synchronized. On my mobile device I can only see 18 of 150 contacts. Second, the calendar syncs only in one direction, from Android to Zoho calendar, but not vice versa. I'm using Android 5.0.1 on Huawei P8. Thanks in advance.
CRM View for Activities - Drop Down no longer working
Hello. I am trying to create a call list using the crm view for activities. Initially, I discovered that it was possible to just click on status or priority and a drop down list appears allowing for quick updating which I think is great when going through a list doing calls. And so I changed some of the values in the Status field picklist to reflect what we wanted but after saving, it appears that the drop down list has disappeared. I tried clicking on priority and it's not working as well. How can

Consulting firm needs: How do I create recurring invoices from a project? Track resource costs for project profitability?
We're trying to move away from using Zoho Projects for time tracking as our consultants find it difficult, and instead use timesheets directly within Zoho Books. As a services business we automatically invoice many of our clients monthly for services and need to track the time of our consultants against these monthly services. We have recurring invoices set up, and we have projects and timesheets set up, but there doesn't seem to be a way to connect them. I don't want to manually create an invoice

Items - Sales Items & Purchase Items
I am having difficulties with the items section. We purchase items from manufacturers and then sell for a markup. The manufacturer item name is different from our item/product name. When we create a sale item, we also assign the purchase item so we can keep track of our markup for that item. The problem is that the item has the same name. When we create purchase orders, we need the manufacturer item name to show up in the purchase order. And when we create estimates and invoices, we need our item

Login Issues: Says "Account is Disabled" Right after signing up?
I signed up under the free business email account. Filled in everything but never got the setup confirmation page. Whenever I try to login to email using credentials infiniteoutdoorstore@gmail.com it gives me the message "Account is Disabled" How? I just created this account. I've never had this issue before. Please any help would be appreciated.

Distortion of Logo
I have uploaded an image which is my NGO's logo which has a resolution of 900 pixels. This image when uploaded has a resolution of 72 pixels. Why is this distortion occuring and what size would be ideal for the image to not get distorted?

Hi, I store my creator data in Creator and then sync a lot of it with Zoho reports. I then display the advanced reporter dashboards i construct back in creator. I often use the sync time of 1 hour due to customer requirements. Some clients want the sync to be almost "realtime".
