embed signup into email

Hi
We are starting a newsletter for the first time and so want to email all the contacts and leads in Zoho CRM, through Campaigns, asking them if they want to sign up.
We already have a signup form on our website that tracks to CRM, and I could send an email linking to that form, but I want to make sign up easier than that.
Bearing in mind that we already have all their details in Zoho CRM, I don't need to capture anything, other than their desire to receive the newsletter.  Is there a way we can add a signup button into an email, rather than directing them to the website?  So that they could simply click on the button in the email they receive and this would update Campaigns/CRM.
