Changing main email address
I am new to Zoho and learning rapidly, however, is it possible to either link free zoho to my outlook, or change the email address to a different one. When I first started using Zoho, I was not employed and was testing it, now I have a job and using this for work, and would like to send emails directly without my personal address being used. When I try to fill out a currency or decimal field on a form, if I fill in "5,950.30" it's an error. When I do "5950.30" it's accepted. I think your forms need to be intelligent enough to recognize that the "," is a thousands separator.

My phone number fields are not consistent
Zoho migrated about 360,000 accounts/contacts for me that came from Salesforce. Now I am trying to "over ride" the Zoho records to add a new custom field. My only method to find duplicates is on phone number (don't have emails and too many accounts have same name). Since some of my phone numbers in Zoho are formatted as a phone number, others as a number (Zoho said this is how it should be done), and some are formatted with hyphens. Emails not reaching consistently.
Several emails sent to me are not reaching. Customers are calling and complaining. Some mails are coming and some are not. They are also not found in Spam. One customer sent email to two email addresses. We received only one of the two. Sender does not get any failure notification also.

Is there a configuration option that removes the 'On Behalf Of XXX Support' from the From email address when sending replies from a ticket?
I've configured several FROM email addresses, one for our internal Support email account and a few for specific agents. When we send a reply from within a ticket, selecting one of these as the FROM, the receiver sees 'support@XXX.zohosupport.com on behalf of XXX Support XXXsupport@XXX.com' I would like the reply to just show the FROM that we selected and not the zohosupport email address since we aren't publishing that to our customers. Form "on success" email no longer sending
Hi, I have a simple Form setup on my Zoho website that will send the input to my administrator email as well as another email address. As of today - neither addresses are receiving any emails with the input. However the forms are successfully being submitted and received into the database. Just today so far, was working this last Friday. Any ideas? Need any other info to help me?
