Edit button in quick actions area
In the new user interface of Zoho CRM, the "quick actions" area on the right pane is very helpful, when scrolling down a large record. However, you are missing the most obvious and useful button: "Edit"
switching back to old interface

[Resolved] Using mail after moving domain host
Hi! I'm administering Zoho Mail for the non-profit I work for. Recently, my organization moved to a different web hosting provider (from Bluehost to A Small Orange, to be specific). My domain still shows up as "Verified" (I did try to copy all my records to the new host). However, I can neither send nor receive emails using the addresses of my domain. Instead, I have to use *randomnumbers*@zoho.com. How can I fix my email without deleting and re-adding the domain and losing settings like groups?

Sales Rep Checklist - How Many Meetings Per Day, & Spend.
Hi, apologies if this seems basic, am new to Zoho. I am wanting to be able to check how many meetings per day my reps do and how much their average order is. EG, they have KPI's of: 3 meetings per day. 15 meetings per week. following up all new leads entered by the office within 24 hours. Average order per meeting of over $500. Weekly Revenue of $7500. Is it possible to either set a check list, or have a report that shows these things so i can review every friday with each rep?

API Limits - Zoho CRM
My client has more than 1.6 million contacts in Zoho CRM. Update is needed between 5 to 8 fields in each of the contact records. This process must make weekly or fortnightly. With the API it would take several months to perform the update. What alternatives do we have available to achieve the goal?

Find contacts near somewhere
Ladies and Gentlemen, since we are talking about a CRM program, it is used for sales management. Therefore a support for sales trip planning seems logical. When we signed up the program I did not realize this is not possible on Zoho. "Find contacts near me" is not a function usable for planning. I need a function of "find contacts near where I will go" or anywhere else. Is this somehow possible? It would be a dream to see all contacts on a map, but this seems to be still far away, right? When I try to delete leads where I have duplicates nothing happens, they do not delete. Any suggestions?
Can't login to my domain (Account is inactive)
Hi, I can't login to my account (support@streamplay.to) because it says "Account is inactive" I check this account every single day several times a day, I can't understand why it says "inactive" The same happens to any account on the domain. Can anybody explain me what is happening?

The “add a contact” form is not loading. I’ve tried both Chrome and Firefox browsers. I’ve shut down and restarted the browsers. I’ve restarted my computer as well. The “contacts” tab works. I see my list of contacts. But, “Add a Contact” does not load the form.
New Contacts Not Loading
Tried several times to add a new contact, used both new contact buttons but it just says "loading..." but never loads. I have rebooted the computer, the other modules come up just fine, campaigns, new accounts etc... Not sure what to do? Chris
Sorting Lead list manually
I have a long list of leads, and would love to be able to display the hottest ones at the top of my list. Is there a way to manually sort the list? If not, any suggested work arounds (ie is there a way to mark a lead as a favorite and then just display those and/or sort on that?) Thanks David
Zoho CRM freezing when trying to add a new Contact
We are experiencing difficulty when trying to add a new Contact. We are finding that the page will not load but just had the "Loading" message for some minutes and does not ever open. It is only a recent problem. Anybody out there got the same issue or knows a fix?
Contact doesn't work
Hi today when we add a new "company" and after we define a new "Contact" the system doesn't activate the form of the contact but remain in the status "loading" ... I attach a screen shoot. Pls can you help me ?
Attachments for Payments
It would be really great if you can enable attachments on bills payments. We would like to attach copies of checks and vendor signed payment receipts to the Payments we make in Books. Just like we do for expenses which is great. Thank you
Zoho Mail app - icon feedback
Hi, I am really enjoying the user experience offered by the Zoho Mail app for Android and have recently used it to replace the phone's native mail app. I do have a small piece of feedback for the design team: the Z in the notification icon has been causing me a little confusion as at first glance it makes it appear I have 2 unread emails in my inbox. I appreciate this isn't a showstopper, but I wanted to pass my feedback on should it be useful for the team. Kind regards, Sam

Blocked email - missing emails
Hi, My email has been blocked and while I was exporting the excess emails to my desktop , a lot of emails disappeared from the zoho mail when I checked the outlook email , I found them but they are hidden how to recover them back. Regards, Rania

Hello Fellow nerds, I have a custom module based off the Leads module and I keep getting the 4401 error. I've gone in and removed all required fields except the one I couldn't (it's populated), I tried http and https, checked the API key even tried the same code in a different area of my site. I can't get it to work. Cannot open or dl an attachment, and archive folder is missing.
Archived mail, and now NO archive folder is anywhere to be found! Also, cannot open nor download any attachments... behaves as a dead link(s). Diabled blocking for zoho email, so that's not the problem, and even when I did have it enabled, I could open attahments just fine a few days ago, sooo..
Git integration - Add time to task, update status of task, close task
There seems to be some integration with bugs, but I was wondering if there is the ability to integrate git commit message updates with tasks - adding time, updating status, or closing a task as being complete. How are "bar view" colors chosen for CRM Calendar events
I like to view my CRM Calendar in "bar view" but there is no rhyme or reason for the color's chosen by default. Is there a way to choose a color for events. With random colors chosen I cannot make sense of my calendar as the appointments stack up Thanks
