anti spam whitelist hacked?
Today I found that 35 email addresses had been added to my anti-spam email whitelist. These were all sources of spam. They were not added by me, so how could this happen? I haven't shared my password with anyone. I have removed them from the whitelist and changed my account password.

Accidentally removed all blocked domains from Incoming Domain Restriction
For months I've been adding spammer's domains to my Control Panel/Email Policy/Domain/Blocked I clicked the "Allowed" button to add a whitelisted domain and ALL of my Blocked domains disappeared. ZOHO Android app goes black and freezes
My ZOHO mail frequently goes "black" requiring it to be uninstalled then reinstalled. The new reinstalled applications works well for a couple days then it goes black again and will not work requiring another uninstall and reinstall. Can't save contacts on my Android phone
Using the Zoho mail app on my phone, I don't see an option to save contacts. Example. I receive an e-mail from a friend. I see no way at all to save him to my contact list. I've tried everything. What am I missing? There is only one contact in my contact list and it says it's there because the contact is used "frequently" Anyway. Thanks. P.S. Hi all, In our sign-up form I want future subscribers to select their field(s) of interest. So I can segment our mailing list using these criteria. Is there an alternative for the Multiset picklist? I'm pretty sure that our readers will be able to select all three of the options. Or the ones above and below each other. Scheduled report emailing lists, not tables
Hi guys Have been experiencing this issue for the last couple of days. Scheduled reports that are formatted as tables when running them within Zoho CRM, are being emailed in a list format. I've checked the scheduled report settings and there have been no changes, any idea what is causing the issue or how to rectify? This has started happening with two different Zoho accounts. Time zone of the report scheduler? Time zone of each user? I could schedule a test to find out, but why not either mention the time zone next to the time, or even better: have a drop-down so the user can choose. This is especially useful for admins of geographically dispersed users.

Caldav - Can't sync "My Calendars" other than Personal
"Personal" calendar has been syncing fine. However, I can't get any other calendars under "My Calendars" to appear on my caldav client. I am not using an officially supported client (davdroid) since you don't support android, but I would appreciate someone looking into the problem server-side and any other information you might have. What I've tried: I enabled caldav sync in the zoho web interface for my extra calendars at Settings->Sync->Caldav. I used "https://calendar.zoho.com" for the sync URL.
Unable to generate Zoho Service Communication Key (ZSC)
I'm trying to sync Campaigns with CRM, but when I go to Setup > Developer Space > Zoho Service Communication (ZSC) Key, the pane is blank: I've tried to open this in Chrome, Firefox and IE(with and without compatibility view). I read the help documents on how to populate, and my account is the Administrator Profile, but I don't see any other requirements, so it seems that it should work. Any ideas?
