Projects Documents: Is there a way to link to a Google Doc vs, Importing it?
In the Document Section of Projects I know there is an option to IMPORT a copy of theGoogle Doc, however by doing so, the imported Google Doc will not be in sync with the original document in Google. Is there a way to just Import a link that points to the file in Google Docs? The user could then just click on the link to view or edit the actual Google Doc ?

Integration with gmail.
We have a google apps business account and I am wanting to sync customer / lead emails between our gmail and Zoho CRM. I have read the help manual, but this seems to be saying that I have to have a Zoho Mail account. However, this youtube video https://youtu.be/AGjOZMVpvHY appears to say that all I need is the google app's Zoho CRM app (from google market place). I am trialling Zoho (and think I am past my initial 15 days), so maybe this is the problem, as nothing seems to have happened.
Change dropdown options based on day of week?
I am making a member sign-in app with a field for class check in. I would like to change the available fields based on the day of the week. Has someone already solved this problem? I have created a class schedule form with class names in rows, and decisions boxes for each day of the week. Keyboard shortcuts overriding web browser shortcuts.
Hi guys, I'm struggling with some of the Keyboard Shortcuts in Zoho Mail. Control+Shift+P seems to be captured in the mail tab instead of performing the action in Firefox (open new private tab). I have tried disabling shortcuts, but this is a shortcut that remains. Interestingly, the normal Print shortcut (Control+P) doesn't appear to work in Zoho Mail either.

Why after years is there still no custom html signature option? The rich text editor is fine for basic generic signatures but not creative e-signatures. All the other leading email programs have this feature - this needs to be considered for future enhancement. Ryan.

Hi, I have a hotmail and a business email (that I use zoho to recive the mensages). I wanted to have recive bouth of them in the hotmail interface, since zoho isn`t translated 100% to portugues (brazilian) and that is a problema for some employees in the company. DHE101:Internal Error occurs
Hi! When creating my account, i created an admin email (admin@mywebsite), to be accessed through typing my gmail as the id, and want to change that, I created an admin@mywebsite.com email, and then added another alias to it, so that i can change the login info of the admin to become admin@mywebsite rather than my gmail. When i try to delete the admin@mywebsite alias from that account, i get DHE101:Internal Error occurs How can I fix that? thanks
Freehostia - BigCartel & Zoho integration
I purchased my domain at Freehostia, then setup an online store with BigCartel. I created a CNAME record in Freehostia to point to BigCartel and it worked. I am trying to point the MX records to Zoho Mail so that I can have branded email too. Freehostia is telling me that since I created the BigCartel CNAME record, that I can't point the MX somewhere else. Is this true, or not? Thanks for any help.

CRM Form and Auto-Responder
Which CRM edition allows for a form to result in an auto-responder that you can affix an attachment to? I need my auto-responder to send a document to the person who completes the form. My current form does require the mandatory fields to be completed before the submit button be completed however, you can put any bogus thing in those fields and the submit button will work. This is resulting in junk being filtered into my leads.

Hi there, thanks for taking the time to read this. My problem : I have to display all records that have a certain phone number. Basically, I am integrating into a phone app and when a call comes in, I have the phone number and I use that to search Zoho Records to show to the user who is calling. Pretty simple stuff I would think. Reports not showing all records
I generated a report having Accounts as my main module and then Contacts as the related one. I have more than 2000 records for my Accounts, and have more than 7000 for my contacts. Now, when I run the report I can't seem to see all of them. I know that the page only displays 2000 records per page, but when I go to the next page, it does not display anything. I haven't set any filters, and I have also tried displaying only the Account Name and then the Full Name field for my contacts, but still to

I can send and receive all emails through my account with the exception of emails sent to one company. I receive their emails without any issues. But I receive the following message every time I attempt to send them a message. Not Able to Sign In on iPad and iPhone...

Why zoho email is slow to receive emails in Outlook

DKIM not passing check
Hello, I have problem while using Spam Test for my campaign emails. The DKIM signature appears to be invalid, but the public key is correct. The message I get in the header is: dkim=failreason="verification failed; unprotected key". The DKIM is verified in Zoho Control Panel, I've checked the public key and it seems to be valid. I'm using a DigitalOcean droplet.
