Backup Failure - out of memory exception
Dear Zoho, I'd like a response to the two support tickets and 15 emails I've sent regarding the inability to backup our application, which on every attempt produces a java exception. I originally posted a request on the 19th of May and have yet to receive a response other than the first "thanks for your ticket" email. After chasing via email I created a noter ticket, again we got an initial "thanks" email but still nothing. At this stage we are unable to get OUR data out and as I've explained on

Is it possible to create a product on your Zoho site (Commerce) and then allow for options (potentially all of the options) to be selected. For example, I'm looking for some simple options like size and color. Associating Stripe customers to Zoho Books
Hi everyone, I have several customers cards registered in Stripe, and since I migrated to ZB I couldnt find any way to import and/or match customers from Stripe into ZB. The "Add New Card" feature would do the trick but I cannot retrieve cards numbers once they're into Stripe (and I do not keep records of my clients cards), so I should ask them their card details again but they won't be very happy.. I saw that APIs keep records of some card ID and last 4 digits, what's the process of assigning IDs
Remove option of "Express Checkout" and show only "Credit Card" option
I do not want to show "Express Checkout" by Paypal, because paypal payments in my country is known to be not-so-professional, therefore I would like to show only "Credit Card" Option on my payments for ZOHO Subscription. Email Signature - Spacing
Hi, I have created an email signature, however, when I send an email the formatting gets reconfigured and spaces get added between all the lines of my signature. When I go to edit the signature there are no spaces between the lines but something happens when I send an email and it inserts additional spacing - changing the look/formatting of the signature. Postponed Syncs in Zoho Campaing

Mobile datepicker won't select February dates
I have a datefield in a form that has a problem selecting a February date on a mobile device. It automatically moves the date to the same day in March. Selecting a date in January or March does not show this behavior. There is very little code in the 'on user input' that just updates another date field: // update the end date row.End_Date_Time = thisapp.com.addDuration(row.Start_Date_Time, row.Duration) ; row.edited = true ; Selecting a February date using a PC does not have this problem either.
Printing calendar - exclude 'out of work' hours
In the calendar setup we can select our 'work hours' which are displayed on screen. However, when a calendar is printed this information is ignored, and the hours are printed from 12am - which creates a lot of wasted space which could otherwise be used for spacing out the valuable hours. Could you please have a 'print hours' setting as well, or otherwise simply print out the 'work hours'

PHP Postfix Zoho SMTP mail rejection
I've just upgraded my Zoho account today and I'm unable to use Zoho to send mail from my website. I'm using my php script via my website to send mail and Postfix on my VPS server (That's attempting to send via Zoho) (I've several domains on my server and I've configured some of them with Zoho) to send mail via Zoho's SMTP settings. Receiving this error: lost connection with smtp.zoho.com [Then my IP] while receiving the initial server greeting. Can anyone help me?
Cannot update record
I want to capture the first value entered for "Closing Date" in a Potential. I created another date field called "Initial Projected Close Date" on the Potential form. I have a workflow triggered on the first record change on "Closing Date" that calls a custom function. I want the custom function to copy the date value from "Closing Date" to "Initial Projected Close Date". Cannot receive email after changing domain registrar
I've recently move my domain registrar from Godaddy to Name.com and now am unable to receive emails in Zoho Mail. I've updated MX records to point to Zoho as per Zoho's instructions, and can sent mail, but cannot receive. Also, the instructions for linking Zoho Mail to a domain registered with Name.com are out of date. Any ideas?

I spent some time cleaning up my mail on the zoho server deleting some and archiving others. Now when I go back into my mail on my MacBook Pro I can't see many of the emails that were not deleted or archived even though I can see them in the in box on the zoho server. How can I restore the inbox in my computer?

I have successfully set my zoho account to forward to my yahoo account. I sent a test email to my zoho from a third account, and the test email was successfully forwarded to yahoo.
