Hi there - I am aware that currently with Zoho Creator, you cannot generate a report based on the multi-select field. Is there a work around for this? For example, I want the form to offer choices A, B and C - and I would like the user to be able to select and y combination of A, B and/or C and then generate the results in a pie chart. Thanks
Department missing in Assignment Values area
I am creating a workflow to assign the Office-Department when a ticket is sent to that email address. This is to save agents from having to change that field in the ticket. When I get to Step 4. Actions, and choose UPDATE FIELD give it ASSIGNMENT VALUE NAME of ASSIGN DEPT Then select OFFICE-DEPARTMENT under Fields, I am missing some of my Departments in the list of VALUES.
Change regional mailbox after added emails
Hello all, I have one question. Can we change language for my all emails automatically because they are using the protocol IMAP? I don't want lose messages. First time I added emails using language polish but it was too late and I changed polish to german and no result. I'm using Thunderbird, configured emails, received messages but these folders are using polish... but I want see folders with deutsh. I'm sorry for my English. Robert Tomiczek
Email from my users doesn't download to my mail client
I use Apple Mail, all software is updated to latest version. For some reason all email from my users will not download to my mail client and I can only access from webmail. We are using the free service. We don't have any groups or forwards created.

New Version Fail!
Okay so I tried the new version and its crap! I cant read any of my documents I cant start a new document nothing! I have tried everything to make it so I can read my documents...I tried syncing to my computer and using another source to read and all I get is a stupid URL that by the way doesn't work either way! I tried to return to the former version and go figure there is no spot for it...I would really like to go through the docs I have on here only I cant. I would really like an answer ASAP please

What is this "Search Email is ZohoCRM" box and how do I get rid of it??!!
I had trouble accessing my Zoho account today and once it got fixed (it required me to "grant data access to Zoho") EVERY EMAIL in gmail has this Zoho box at the bottom asking me to search for their email address in Zoho. How do I get rid of this stupid box that I don't need and didn't ask for?
New version of Docs Writer
I clicked on new version and a greyed out document with vague buttons at the top showed up. Nothing happens when you click on the file button or others. I can not now see how to go back to the old version. Using on Windows explorer
Weekly Log Time - Can't Select Certain Projects
Hi - I'm in the Weekly Log Time view and when I push the drop down button for Select Project, only a certain number of my projects are available for selection. I have 12 projects where I'm assigned tasks, but I can only select from seven. All of the projects were created rather quickly from the same template. I'm wondering if there's some setting that I haven't applied to all the projects that's preventing me from doing what I want to do. Thanks for any and all help!
Multi domain email addresses available in Desktop but not in app
I have 2 domains with multiple email address (alias) . On Desktop, I can send from any of my aliases but in the app, I can only send from the first domain I registered. is there a way to get all the aliases in the app also? Thank you Didier
BCC Dropbox
I have setup BCC Dropbox on my Estimating & quoting system. The email address comes thru as a Lead but the actual email isn't attached. I set it up as a contact and tried to resend the email but it still dosn't show up anyone got any ideas ? regards Ian
New Outlook Mail plugin beta
What does it mean "Attendee information will not be synced between Outlook and Zoho Calendar"? Does that mean that no attendee information will be visible in outlook, or does it mean that if I add an attendee in Outlook, that is will not show in Zoho calendar? Is this so because the plugin is still in beta and will be work properly in future when it's out of beta?
Calculate Current Balance
I am woring on an application that is an accounting ledger for a bank account. I would like to calculate a running balance based on the date of the transaction for the individual. Does anyone have any thoughts on how I can accomplish this? Unable to log into CRM app
Hi, After updating the Zoho CRM app om my mobile device I am unable to login. The system reports USER_NOT_ACTIVE when I enter my credentials. I have made sure that "Zoho CRM Mobile Edition" is activated on my account under Apps & Add-ons. Is anybody experiencing the same error or perhaps able to guide me towards a solution? Hi I wanted to clarify something, i set up our crm 2 years ago and dont remember how i did this. We use 1 google calendar account for 2 users for booking appointments the other user has this google calendar set up on his iphone so any events/appointments will show up on his phone regardless he never sets up his own tasks or events etc only i do this on my zoho user/account I wanted to separate the two user google accounts as i wish to switch from creating task/reminders to setting event reminder
Specific number of digits in number field
Hi, I'm trying to set a number field to only accept a specific number of digits. I wanted the field to accept 10 digits but give an error message if more or less are entered. I would also maybe like the form to return an error if they try to submit it without ensuring the correct amount of digits. Thanks in advance for any help.

Reusing Master slide or Save As in Zoho Show
Hi! I'm using Zoho Show integrated in GoogleApps and GoogleDrive. My problem is that I've customized the Master Layout on a Zoho Show (aka Theme?), and I cannot reuse it in any way in another show? I assume that the best way is just to save somehow my custom Master Layout (My custom Theme?) and, when necessary, just create e new Show using my customized Master Layout. But I've not found how to do it? Anyway, I will also like to "duplicate" a Show to create an enhanzed o little bit different show...

Problem with Events and Invitations
We have the CRM calendar sync with Google in a 2 way sync. This is so we can access this calendar from iCal - including adding entries and attendees. When we try to send out an invite, the list gets duplicated many times - presumably because of the sync with Google. I'll end up with 30 invitees for a meeting that should only have three. Additionally, I have no idea what gets sent as an invite - I never receive invites to myself and the others do not seem to get there. Can anyone help me with this

Google Adwords Conversion Corruption
Hi there, I'd so much appreciate some help with this. It's driving me crazy. I'm using a web to lead form on my site, linking into Zoho CRM. I advertise on Google Adwords - search and display. When a ppc, paid click visitor lands on my page and converts from the display network, the conversion is showing as a referral from as.zoho.com. This is affecting my adwords management, as it's not reporting back to adwords which ads or placements are working. Please can someone help! Zakaria
