Dashboard missing from cpanel
Hi, I am trying to change the super admin for my emails and referred a post stating that "go to dashboard and change it there". I am not able to find the dashboard in control panel. Nor it is in Settings > General > Application. Please help. Thanks. Atul

Can't see IMAP folders in Apple Mail
Like many others, I'm finding the IMAP server very flaky. In addition, I can't see any of the IMAP folders in my Apple Mail program. What setting should I have in the "IMAP Path Prefix" box? Some IMAP servers like it blank, some like a "/" character, and some like the word "INBOX". I've tried all of these, but can't get the folders to appear in Apple's Mail program. Martin S Taylor

URGENT!! no notes can be saved in leads or contacts.
when trying to save notes the page comes up and looks like the attached image. when we refresh the note is not saved. we need to have this fixed urgently.

I switched from Google Apps earlier this morning (around 4 hours ago), i am configured correctly in my GoDaddy domain settings, i have both the MX entries required and i have no other entries on there, i have already deleted the ones from Google Apps. Tax Report - VAT
In a VAT return to the authorities we are required to present the total of input VAT and the total of output VAT. Unfortunately although the tax detail report in Zoho does give the necessary figures there is no way to total the figures and no way to export the report to Excel in order to do it manually. This is major feature requirement and I don't believe any large company that is doing VAT would be able to use Zoho without this feature. Is it possible to export reports in csv or excel to solve

Changing credit card details problem
We use Zoho CRM for some years (Old Professional Edition) and now I'm going to change my credit card details. And I'm not able to do this anymore, using your new design. I click on Subscription link from Zoho CRM and see my Subscription Details (as seen on 1.jpg attachment). Then I click on the Card Card link near my current credit card (or choose Billing Details from Store Home) and proceed to billing details page. And there is "No Payment Methods Found" message appears and I'm unable to change

Hi, We are looking at creating an automated on-boarding process for potential partners. The process would go as follows; 1) Salesperson has meeting, enters prospective partner info into CRM (as lead) 2) Automated email > Business Partner Profile Contact Form 3) If they complete & submit the form, that triggers another automated email with 2 more forms to be completed. If they don't complete the form, for whatever reason, that non-completion should trigger an automated email reminding them to complete.

Mobile Device - Why No "Send To PDF" and/or Email? Option?
Sure would be great in my application for the user to be able to have PDF/Email as an option (in addition to the physical printer option) that they will rarely have in their 95% mobile world. I do not see this as an option in iOS or Android, smartphones or tablets.

HI, I have an existing creator application that takes booking for Hotels - about 100 bookings per day. I was thinking about adding the facility to take credit card payments directly into the creator application. Has anyone there done this before? Hi, What the heck is "*Mail Alias:" when I'm trying to setup stuff in People? Manage Departments Manage Designations both areas demand this *Mail Alias: field and I don't know really what it wants. Some sort of email address. I thought it would need this so people could message everyone in that group but if that is the case it should only be optional I would think. If I have to fill this in what do I put in? The "owner" of the group or just the bosses email?

We are experiencing problems sending mail. Mail is being received but we are unable to send out mail, move mail between folders or delete mail. IMAP server offline - continuing issues
The past few days imap.zoho.com has been going offline for long periods of time. Emails are not showing up in Outlook but they are showing up on my iPhone (which is connected via Exchange, not IMAP) and Zoho's web portal. Any help would be appreciated.

Dear All, My company consists of 20 - 40 employees. Each month we need to change our signature because we use (under our details) an image with different exhibitions which we take part. Sorry, Im as new as they come.. I have created a form that records sales each day. I have also been able create the report that shows all the entries in a spread sheet.
