No email sent to customer
I am able to email the support email address and the ticket is created in zoho desk. When I reply to the ticket in zoho desk no email is received at the email address used to create the ticket.

Can "Send text message" option create a "Log a Call" activity
It would be really helpful if the Send Text message option (on the Zoho CRM phone app) created a completed activity on the contact record, with Subject = Text (in a similar way calls are logged).
