Sending email to users with a second address
Hello!
I have a question, in case anyone went through the same thing.
I have notification rules for my internal users, which are executed under certain conditions.
Example; If a sale is lost or won, the user receives an email notifying this.
In the sending rule, only the option to "Send to quote owner" appears.
If my users have other addresses within the company, is it possible to add sending to this second email address as an option as well?
I understand that you can add the address directly, but this would leave shipping to a single address fixed. Or is the solution to create rules for each user?
