Here's a roundup of all the new features and announcements that went live across Zoho Workplace applications in August.
Zoho Mail
Zoho Mail is now available in AWS Marketplace!
AWS Marketplace users can access and subscribe to Zoho Mail Premium directly from their AWS account. Subscription charges will be consolidated into their existing AWS billing.
Enable admin approval for resource booking
You can now configure resource booking to require admin approval, ensuring that room booking requests are reviewed by an admin before they are confirmed.
Create subfolders in the Archive folder
You can now create subfolders within the main Archive folder to organize your archived emails more efficiently.
Enhanced filter options in Shared Mailbox
You can now select 'Run existing email through this filter' to apply a filter to all emails already present in the Shared Mailbox.
Display deletion timeline for filtered emails
Emails that are part of the "Delete After N Days" filter will now show the exact number of days remaining before they are automatically deleted.
Zoho Mail mobile updates
Android
- Add recipients to the "To" field using the '@mention' option while composing an email.
- Unsubscribe from newsletters and promotional emails directly from the email preview.
iOS
- Retrive sent emails from the sent folder using Recall option.
- View the delivery status of emails sent in the past 60 days from the Sent folder.
- BIMI (Brand Indicators for Message Identification) is now supported, allowing organizations to display their official brand logos in their recipients' inboxes.
- Preview EML files directly while composing an email.
- Pin important emails to keep them at the top for easy access across folders.
- BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) integration with AI solutions is now supported for email summarization and content generation.
- Add a note with additional details while accepting calendar RSVPs.
Expanded Agenda View in Zoho ToDo
The Agenda view in Zoho ToDo allows you to view task boards for Tomorrow, Next Week, and Next Month, making it easier to plan and organize upcoming tasks.

Mailchimp integration
The Mailchimp integration with Zoho Cliq allows you to:
- Create new campaigns, manage existing ones, and edit unsent campaigns directly from Cliq without starting over.
- Get deeper campaign insights with health benchmarks, AI-powered summaries, campaign search, and detailed reports,all within Cliq.
- Receive real-time campaign notifications and scheduled reports at 1, 3, and 7 days in your configured or custom channels.

Zoho Writer
Collect e-signatures via DocuSign from Zoho Writer
Send documents and forms generated from Merge, Sign, and Fillable Templates directly to Docusign for signature collection. Configure signer fields, roles, and signing order in Zoho Writer, then track signature status from within the template.
Generate a separate personalized document for every subform record in a single merge, using both the record-specific data and the common data from the parent form.
Replace PDFs in automation templates without rebuilding them
Update the background PDF in existing PDF automation templates while retaining field placements, field mappings, and template configuration.
Zoho Sheet
Zoho Sheet iPhone app now works offline
Zoho Sheet's offline mode is now available on iOS. With this update, you can create and edit spreadsheets on your iPhone offline. When you're back online, import your offline files and continue working on the cloud.

Choose the AI that works for you
Zia Writing Assistance now gives administrators the flexibility to choose their preferred AI provider from the supported options. Once configured, users can leverage AI-powered writing features such as grammar correction, rephrasing, tone adjustment, title generation, and content refinement using the AI service selected by their organization.
Create drafts on behalf of a user
Simplify collaborative communication by allowing authorized users to create drafts for others. Whether they're preparing for leadership announcements, team updates, or company-wide communications, drafts can be created on behalf of others, reviewed, and published by the appropriate person whenever they are available.
Zoho Vault
Mandatory folder selection while adding passwords
Administrators can now mandate users to select a folder before saving a new password. This ensures every password is stored in the right place and managed under the appropriate access controls.

Zoho Vault now offers language support for offline access and data backup, making it easier to securely access and manage your vault data wherever you are.
