Add Custom Button with Call activity to Leads view
Hi! We use Zoho One. I want to optimize time spend per sales rep when registring an activity on a lead. Today the process for a call (no phone system integrated with Zoho), that the sales rep opens the leads and clicks on +call. I want to make a custom button with the same action (opening the window) direct in the leads view page. How do I do this? The idea is, that the same popup comes and you fill it out directly and save one pageload to the specific lead and scroll/click to the activity section.
Is it possible filtering of candidate of products on Invoice?
Hi, If someone knows about this, please help me. When editing invoice, able to add products at "Product Detail" section with "Add Line Items". At this point, there are list of products are listed, and also able to search. When this list is displayed, is it possible filtering? For example, only products are listed if "Product Active" have been checked. If possible, please tell me how can I set the filter. Or any other workaround to realize filtering, please let me know. Currency Conversion in Potential
I have an issue with the currency conversion rate. In the Potential it is converting USD to GBP different to what is set in the system. For example, the potential is converting at 1.3, yet the sales order is converting at 1.32 which is what is set in the system. This is causing issues for reporting. Can anyone help? Thanks

PHP SDK token expires
Hi, My application has been integrated with Zoho CRM with the API. I created the client, and used the self client option to generate a grant token. Token persistence is set to file. I generate the access and refresh tokens within the time limit selected from the grant token. They are persisted to the set file. Requests all work fine. However after hour or so they no longer work. Reports are not tracking emails properly
Lately my sales team is unable to show accurate numbers for emails sent and received in Zoho reports. I was told by Zoho that we have to physically respond to every email in Zoho CRM. Dashboards, Email Analytics, Emails and calls analytics report all shows different numbers. I just need to know how many emails my sales team is sending and receiving on a daily, weekly basis. We use Outlook. Is anyone else having this issue? Does anyone know how to combat this issue?
Set default field value when adding new records
Hi, we need to set default values to some standard fields when adding new records within a custom module, because of these fields are marked as mandatory, we must fill in whatever value but in our case, anything is valid. In order to automate the process, is there any chance to set a default value?

Auto-search & Populate address fields
Hi, more and more websites with forms have the ability to have suggested addresses pop up in a drop down box when you start to enter an address in the address field. In Zoho you have to type in the whole address. It would be great if you could start to type the address and then select the address that pops up that is the one you are after. It would save a lot of time and ensure the address is accurate.
Adding A User
I sent the email invitation to a person that I want to be a user (my partner), and when she gets to the site she is required to enter an email address and password. Does she need to sign up to ZOHO to gain access or should she be able to login to my account and be assigned a password?
Email Views in Accounts Module
Hi In my Accounts module, under emails, I can sort to see by the name of each individual contact, or by "Accounts - Sent mail from Zoho CRM", but there is no option to see all "Accounts - Received by Zoho CRM"? Am I missing something obvious? Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you :)

When trying to add contacts to a campaign from contact list view, it allows you to go through the filter but when you need to see more than 10 results, there comes an issue and it kicks you out of the process. Need to address ASAP.

Hi - I need to import hundreds of items in Zoho CRM product modules with each item has product image .I have xls sheet where each item with details and respective image url . So far I am aware it is not possible using direct import option in zoho CRM to import image as well. I don't want to go each item manually to upload images . Is there any way to do it automatically ? Adding Potentials via the API
Below is the code I'm running to add Potentials using the API. It worked prior to Dec 1st but now does not add the potential even though a successful completion code is returned. I'm thinking this has something to do with stopping support for SSL, but I'm not sure why this code would have anything to do with that. I did create a new authentication code. Campaign based on Account membership
We would like to create a campaign for contacts. The criteria of this campaign is any contact who's account has a 'contract expiration' within 2 years. I can't find a way to filter contacts based on criteria of the account they are associated with. This seems like a very very basic need but i can't come up with a solution. Please help!!!

I am under the impression that if you are using books that if you create an invoice it should show up in the CRM when you click on a account then invoices, this is not happening... Any ideas
