Show contact title in Accounts
Is the feature to show a contact job title in the accounts tab no longer available? It used to be available to do in the old version of Zoho!!

I need to be able to create a Drip marketing campaign, using the workflow to assign a series of emails that would be automatically sent out, over a period of time, once a stage is achieved, or a campaign is assigned. Example: I input a new contact which triggers 5 emails to go out as follows: 1. immediate email welcoming them to my company 2. 2 weeks later a follow up email 3. 4 weeks later a reminder email 4. 2 months later a did you forget me email 5. and finally a give me a call
Add 2 additional contacts with their own information from a new module to deals
Every single customer we have (accounts) has their own contact just as is typical within CRM. We are a shipping freight company. We truck deliver freight. The shipments (deals) are facilitated by the brokers that the broker pays us for. So the broker is our customer. The shipper and receiver are not our customers, but they are part of the deal. But we don't want a stockpile of contact data that belongs to the broker in our contacts. So, each deal record needs to have 2 additonal contact records
Custom pick list for web form maintain my "default value." I cannot get rid of or rename "none" value.
Hello, I'm creating a webform for a Mexican (Spanish) landing page. I was able to create the custom pick list. However, I have two problems. 1. I need my default value to be "Elige tu ubicación" which I did set as default in the system. I noticed when I go to the web form itself, it automatically appears as a field but "none" is the default value. If I delete the field and then drag it back in, "Elige tu ubicación" is now the default. If I save the form, "none" is the default value again. This

Extended Mail Merge Fields
Is there a way to create a template that will take mail merge information, and "reach" somewhere else for the input? We have a custom module that contains many fields of information for each record. The record is an object we are selling with the fields being attributes or features of the record. The fields within the record are very short, basically describing a SKU. I was really hopeful that Zoho was going to fulfill my CRM needs — but the more I evaluate the product the more it seems like nickel and dimeing. Create customized Deal/Potential/Lead from Email Parser
Hi, trying to create a potential (which is a copy of the original potential with lot's of modified fields) by using the Zoho Email Parser. But the customized modul is not shown at all. Secondly I tried to use the lead module in Email parser, but the modified lead modul is not shown I can use only the values from the original one. Does anybody have an idea how to fix this? Using keyboard to enter a comment in a case and lack of keyboard short cuts
In Cases, if I want to enter a comment (not a note), I used to be able to press the Tab key then either enter or spacebar to submit the comment. Something changed a few months back where I now have to use the mouse to hit the Check mark icon. Any idea on how to do this with the keyboard? My biggest problem with Zoho CRM is how dependent it is on the mouse. I feel like every time I have to reach for the mouse, it is lost productivity. I want to keep my fingers on the keyboard as often as possible.
Issue with downloaded Probability Reports
When I conduct an Excel download of my Deals Proability Reports, which include "amount" and "expected revenue", my amount and revenues are not downloading as "numbers" and as such I have to individually convert each cell to a number in order to run my calculations. Is this a Zoho problem or am I missing something? Thanks.

Converting quotes to sales order
Hello, I have two problems at the moment with converting quotes to sales order: 1. The button 'Convert' which was at the top right corner inside a specific quote, is not there anymore. And even before, when I got into deferent quotes, sometimes I would see it and sometimes not. 2. When I used to see the button, if I would click on in, it declined me due to insufficient permissions, although I have all the permissions I can have. Can you help? Thank you, Natalie
Auto Update Potential Amount
Is it possible to auto update the Potential amount from the Grand total in the Sales order? If so, how can i do this? I was able to set this up from the Quote, but can't seem to fiugre out how to do it from the sales order.
Zoho Twilio Recording - Link Recordings in Different Module
Hi, Right now we have Twilio with recording enabled for both incoming and outgoing calls. The problem is that we can only view the recordings in the contacts module where the caller's information (property owner) is housed. We want to have links to all the recordings in the "Properties" module. Each property is assigned a contact and we would like to have the recordings viewable in the actual property module that the contact is assigned to.

How can I add multiple contacts to a project in Zoho CRM?
We are a consultancy business that manage major projects worldwide. On any project we might have up to 10 key contacts that we deal with. When I add a contact to the CRM, i have added a lookup field that links with the projects module. However, this only allows me to add a contact to one project? We may have a key contact who works with us on various different projects and I need the system to show this information. Is there any way of doing this?

Hello, I'm wondering if it's possible to change the name of the potential that is inserted when converting a lead. Right now, the potential name defaults to the name of the account. Timeline View Out of Order
Hi Team - I am not sure if I am the only one with this issue. My timeline is out of whack or out of order. This started yesterday. I already deleted cache cookies, rebooted my PC. I used Chrome and Firefox and both browsers have out of whack timelines. See attached.

When creating leads via the record APIs, is it possible to add an attachment? I've got data that can be, say, up to a MB to be associated with a lead. I see that the UI permits attachments, which feel ideal.

Hey all — This has been a massive pain in my neck since moving to the new API and am wondering if this is intended functionality. I have an issue where my server is subscripted to Zoho update events, but when I send out mass email through Zoho, it pings an "Edit" event for every record that the email was sent to.
