Change SMTP server
Our email system has been updated and the SMTP server has changed. Under settings > email, I can see the existing SMTP server name but it seems impossible to change it. Please let me know whether there is a way to change the SMTP server name.
Request - Change the column width of field views
Posted earlier about this, so here's the main idea! On the start page I've created a module of open activities. And in that activity I've chosen to add company name a long with other information fields. The problem is that a lot of the fields is so narrow that the field turns into 2- or 3-rows.. :/ WE REALLY NEED to be able to to adjust the column widths preferably the same way as you can do in excel or word, with other word just to click the outlining and drag it to a wishful position, a work around

How to automatically update a field in a Deal record when I upload/send a mail merged doc thru Zoho Sign?
- I have a Deal record that contains a date field called "Date Contract Sent." - I create a mail merged document from that Deal record. - I upload that document to Zoho Sign and send out to a customer thru Zoho Sign. How can I set it up to automatically update the "Date Contract Sent" field to <today's date> upon the trigger/completion of sending out the mail merged document from Zoho Sign? To put it another way: how do I tightly and automatically connect a merge/sign event to a Deal? Thanks!
Best Practice for Assigning a Target to a Sales Rep
I understand how to assign a Lead to a sales rep, but what if I have a company that I think would be a good prospect and I want to assign it to one my reps, but I don't have any Lead info (like name, title, contact details, etc)? Whats the best practice for this? I suppose I could fill in dummy info for the Lead OR I could create a new type of Lead that has no individual contact info?
invalid oauth token
Hi, I'm trying to make an API call to add data to a custom view in Leads scope. I'm getting grant token, refresh token and access token successfully with help of curl call and than PHP SDK. My problem is when I want to get Leads fields I get 'invalid oauth token' message. My user has restricted access, I only see the custom view in top navigation when accessing ZohoCRM with my user. How to add auto incremental id for Deals
Hi everyone, I've been trying to implement a way to identificate every Deals created within my enterprise with a similar and easy readable pattern. Something like : YEAR.MONTH.xx Where the first Deal of the month would be 2019.10.01, the second would be 2019.10.02 etc And when starting a new month, it would be 2019.11.01 (starting at 01 again) Is there some way to achieve that ? I've been trying to use the autonumber field and some formulas without success.. Thanks a lot.

Unable to push GCLID to Contact Module
Hi, I am able to track GCLID from my web form to Leads Module. Now my problem is google takes upto 36 hours to populate the information, however As soon as my sales team get lead they start working on this and if customer is ready to buy product then convert that as Contact. Now while converting as contact my GCLID code does not pass through to contact and we are not able to track any details from Google Adwords. Mailchimp Integration Questions
Hi, Looking to integrate Mailchimp with CRM. I want to set up two integrations, one for leads and one for contacts. I then want to map certain fields to Mailchimp so I can segment the mailing lists. I also want to be able to see within the contact or lead page a section which tells me the emails they have been sent and if they have been opened. If this possible with the Mailchimp integration? Alternative to custom fields in Zoho CRM Free?
Hi, I'm exploring a move from Hubspot to Zoho CRM free version I've just done a test data migration but none of the custom fields have come over. I now see here are no custom fields in the free version. The fields are used to signify if a contact has volunteered to be part of a specific team (there are 10, and it each one can be Yes/No (or black) or Leader. Problem select Opportunity Layout when converting leads
Hi, In the Opportunity (Potential) module, I created 2 layouts In the Opportunity Settings. The 2 layouts are assigned to Adminitrators and Standard profile. However, when I want to convert a leads to a contacts and create an opportunity, I'm not able to select which layout... I can only select layout "a"... As an Administrator, what am I missing ? Thanks

Create automated event after sales order status is changed to "in progress"?

When a sales order ist created with status "in progress" ist should automatically create an event into the calender the sales order has tow date fields "start" and "end". Customize product's price based on some criterias.
Hello Zoho experts, I hope you're all good. I'am facing a new challenge that I couldn't resolve so far that I thought maybe I'd get some help. In fact, in zoho crm as you know, when creating a product, you can only attach ONE price to ONE product. In our case, we have some products that, their prices are depending on other criterias like, size of the project, length... So we cannot attach one price to one product. Sorting Numbers Problem
When sorting numbers in Zoho CRM and Zoho Sheet, it does not sort properly. It should sort numbers like this: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20. BUT it sorts it like this: 1, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 ,2, 20, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9. See screenshots of Zoho CRM and Zoho Sheet.
Allow for different subscription levels
We have an external sales force. We currently use CRM Plus internally. I would love it if we could add our external sales rep to our CRM but to pay $50 a month for each user when they are only using one module is not cost effective. I would like to see a way for our sale reps to use the CRM at regular CRM pricing and not CRM Plus.

installation misunderstanding
I'm trying to integrate asterisk on CRM. Downloaded the Phonebridge adapter and got 'UnknownHostException' while installing the adapter. I don't understand what this error means. I don't understand the adapter is installed or not. When I try to dial the number from lead, which I created for a test, there appear popup windows with text, 'CONNECTING' but no traffic comes to PBX server. What can I check?

ZohoSDK Api v2 C# - Connect to CRM
Hello Zoho, I'm currently testing out the ZohoSDK API v2. I've managed to connect to the CRM and have been able to get some details from the CRM or insert a Lead into the CRM. So far so good. However, to get this to work, I need to use the https://accounts.zoho.eu/developerconsole to generate a grant Token and paste this is my code. This gives me back an accessToken and a refreshToken. I don't want my endusers to have to do this .. ever, because it's troublesome and cumbersome. I have 2 questions:
Removed Extension - Fields remain (Dropbox)
I had Dropbox installed to ZohoCRM, but after I removed the extension in Marketplace it left it's ugly scars - the Dropbox fields still remain in all of my modules. I tried installing again, but it seems to add additional fields I.e "Dropbox ID" stays but adds "Dropbox ID0". Is there a way to manually remove these?
