Campaign Detail Level Blank
As of this morning, March 12, 2019, all of our campaigns detail level is blank. We have not made any changes to the layout. We have no other issues. Anyone else have this issue? Any suggestions on how to resolve it?

Auto populate mandatory field in Accounts module on user input
So what I'm trying to do is auto populate an account name when creating or editing a new account in Zoho CRM. Basically I'd like it so that when a user types in the Account address and City it would auto populate the mandatory Account Name field to the user input on those fields. Thank you
CRM Lead Magnet won't create an entry with a blank, optional field
Hi, Using the CRM Lead Magnet plugin with Wordpress and Contact Form 7 to send leads into the CRM. I have four fields: * First Name (required) * Last Name (required) * Company * Email (required) If all fields have data in them, then the form works fine and an entry appears in the CRM. However, If a user chooses to leave the optional 'Company' field blank then no entry is created in the CRM and no errors are shown. It's a bit bizarre. Anyone have a fix or is this a known issue? refresh_token grant does not give back a new refresh token
When i am requesting tokens the first time i get back an access_token and refresh_token. But when i use ther refresh_token to get back a new tokens only the access_token is provided. I do not get a new refresh_token.

E-mail parsing identifying the mail but creating an empty lead
Hi, I created four e-parsers from e-mail. Three of them are working perfectly fine but I has a problem. It identifies a new mail, create a new lead, as it suposed to, but with all blanked mapped fields. In fact only one mapped field is retrieving the correct information, all the others doesn't. Unable to insert the "Details" section of a Sales Order into a Merge document
I have a Deal which contains a Sales Order which has two "Products" in it. I want to create a document which includes various fields from the Deal and the "table" of "Product Details" from the Sales Order. But, the Sales Order Details table does not merge. See the attached screenshots. Ideally, I would be able to use in my merge document any data from the Deal or Sales Order...at the atomic level (ie., the name of the Sales Order), but also the table of Products from the Sales Order. Is this possible?

Creating a custom view based on an associated object
Hello, In our Zoho application we have person objects (based on the Contacts module) and Link objects (based on the Accounts module). In the person object we store all person related information. In the Link object we attach two person objects, one volunteer and one client. I want to create a custom Person view where I can see all Person objects that aren't attached to one Link object. However, when I'm creating a Person view, i can only create filters based on the attributes of the Person object.

In my quote template We would like a column that shows line items in that quote and chronologically listed. How to set up Custom Fields for Contacts

I found some advice online to click a GEAR ICON in the upper right select PREFERENCES. Go to CONTACTS sub tab where you'd find the optionh to add 10 CUSTOM FIELDS. Developing a CRM connector without user possible?
So I got the job to integrate Zoho CRM with a customer application. The documentation tells me to generate a "Self-Client" or how to generate an access token with user intervention, but the system should access the CRM API without this intervention and I am not able to generate a new Self-Client when the other should get invalid. Is it possible to access the API without these? Or is there a work around? I found only SDKs for PHP, Java and others, but not for ruby. Is there a ruby SDK planned?

CRM setup for different customer groups
We have several different customer groups: - Retail customers (B2B) - Consumers (B2C) - Affiliate partners (B2B and B2C) They all go through completely lead/sales funnels. Hence, information for each group is very much different from the others, e.g. B2C may be a social media source whereas retail customers may be acquired through cold calling.
