Merging Event information into Letter Templates
Hi There I set up events in the CRM when a customer books with us - I send and email to confirm the booking - the contact details merge in as I've got that from the available Fields - however, I have to type in the date and time and description of the event - Can I merge Event information into a letter template? And can the date of the event trigger automated emails?

Associate Contacts within Vendors
Hi there, In the other modules I am able to add new or associate a contact within - however in Vendor, this is not the case, I am only allowed to create new. How can I, if it is possible, establish a link that displays the contacts I have in my system to the Vendor? I have a custo field setup that is a lookup, so I am able to have 1 link at this point, however I would like to associate multiple in the contacts area. Thanks!!

Difference between mobile and desktop version for Zoho CRM
Dear contact, I have a question regarding mobile and desktop version of Zoho CRM. It seems that they are different. I mean that, for instance, on the desktop version, I can see tickets related to an account, projects liked to this account but, on the mobile version, these items aren't visible. Is this normal? Is there any way to have the same information on both platform, knowing that I have to use the mobile app offline. Moreover, I can see the Tasks block related to an account on both application,
Link in emails to opt-out leads and contact without form ?
Hi Zoho community, In an effort to implement GDPR best practices we are trying to put links in our CRM e-mails that would opt-out leads and contacts without them having to fill the unsubscribe form with their e-mail adress. Idea: Ability Add related "Account Name" to a Contact business card (for phone bridge)
I use zoho phone bridge and having the screen pops when a contact calls is great. I can customize the screen pop via the contact business card HOWEVER I'm unable to select the related Account Name which means I basically don't know what account is calling. I have to click on the screen pop and then click on the account to see relevant information. See attached image.
Insert record with a different Owner
I am trying to add Calls to the CRM using the API 2.0 and PHP I am retrieving call CDR records from our phone system, and I want to insert them into the Calls module, but with the 'Owner' being the relevent user. Notifications in App & Web for Events & Tasks
Hello, I don't receive any notifications in the App or Web for Events & Tasks? Does this need to be setup - the call notifications work, I receive a popup in the web browser and notification in the App that remains until I either remove or action the call in the App. I also noticed that events don't show up in the open activities list on the homepage dashboard or next to the lead with a little green or red flag like tasks. Deluge Count Total Records
Hi All, Just wanted to share some code I created this morning that counts the total # of records in any module using Zoho Connections and API V2. All you have to do is create a connection to your CRM by clicking on the settings tab then click on "Connections" under Developer Space. Create your Zoho OAuth connection and copy your InvokeUrl code. How do I link fields from different sections?
I understand that some sections are related to each other and you can link between fields without any problems. However, some sections are not related. For instance, if I have a company address field in the customers section, I can't transfer this field to invoices section since an invoice has already contain a different field for that. You can't map those two whatsoever. I am sure there is a solution for this but I can't seem to find it. So can someone please assist me ?
Populating Zoho CRM Modules using C# SDK
All, We have a SQL database with data that we need to upload to Zoho. I have been experimenting with the C# SDK but the authentication step is not clear to me in this scenario. While I can manually use the Self-Client option to generate a grant token, it is not feasible to do that from a stand-alone app that run as a scheduled task at night. Since the App has no callback URL, it cannot receive grant tokens from Zoho. What are my options? Also, is there a way to use the SDK to connect

Hey all, So I'm trying to get my role switched but it won't let me even though I am an administrator and we have a paid version of Zoho. I was the super-admin but was told I couldn't change roles until I gave super-admin over to someone else. So I did that, but when I go to edit my role, it says" Read Only Field." What to do? Zoho Reports Duplication Issue
When creating a report based on Deals and the tasks associated with them, the report will indicate ALL of the tasks including completed tasks. This is frustrating as all I want to see are the Deals that have open Tasks attached. Report Example If anyone knows how to amend this, it would be greatly appreciated.
Quick edit parent field that has an associated child field
I have a Lead Status parent field with an associated Status Detail child field. Our sales people often edit these field with with the quick edit, meaning they aren't selecting the edit in the upper right hand and rather just selecting the edit icon next to the field. When I have the child field associated they can no longer edit the parent field with the quick edit. Instead they have to go all the way into the full edit. Is there a reason for this? Is there a way to change it?
Revenue Module's not working on homepage
Hello all, I am trying to use the Revenue Target this Year and Revenue this Month modules on our CRM homepage. We have had sales but these modules aren't moving at all. I can't seem to find settings for these either.. (See screenshot) Can someone help me out? My sales team needs to see the sales in total and I think the module on the homepage would be a great tool.

Hello Zoho, When I am posting the request to your server from the API (Records APIs -- > Single Records APIs -- > Insert specific record) to insert the Leads I am getting Bad Request error. Hello. We have built a Zoho system, and now, when trying to implement some features, are running into most basic mind-boggling problems. Our main module is products- we run a school, and products are our courses students take. Everything revolves around the courses- students and teachers are on related lists, but courses are the core. Hello, I wanted to request 2 things which will make MASSIVE difference in automation. 1. Call feature - please add this feature to the workflow feature. I see that in setting up workflows, we can add tasks, convert leads, add webhooks, add tags, etc. But we can't add a call or event. We have to go through custom function for this and it doesn't make sense. Calls and events and tasks are what run crms, but youve only automated one! that's a joke, right?? 2.
