Average number of families per household
I have a dataset that has: Household ID - unique for each household Family ID - unique for each household One household can house multiple families. I cant to get the average number of families per household in a chart / grap or whatever method i can do it in :) I've been struggling and have no idea how to do it?
Getting "Object Not Found in Database" When Clicking "Advanced CRM" Link After Upgrade
Dear Zoho Support Staff, I recently upgraded ZOHO reports to standard in order to take advantage of "Advanced CRM Analytics" functionality. However, when I click the "Advanced CRM Analytics" link, I get this error message (and nothing else): "Object Not Found in Database". See screenshot as well. I previously did the trial, but canceled it. At the time the tool worked, but I did not have enough data. I suspect this error is somehow related to my having signed up before and canceled. Please Help!
Remembering columns in reports and export these reports
I have a problem. I need to do export a report with columns which itself has chose, but unfortunately I am not able to remember those selected columns so as to not having to do them again. How to do it. I searched the whole zoho and I did not find any way to memorize. Besides, when I want to do export I can not do it with these columns what i previously chose only zoho changing them on your own. In conclusion I want to be able to remember my column, then memorized these columns do export
Table using data from defined lookup
I created a lookup described in the helpdesk article, by doing a lookup on the ID's. When i create charts, it works perfectly, and i can see all related forms. But how do i create a table displaying data from 2 or more lookup tables? Whenever i click New Report > Table, I'm asked to choose a table, and i can only see the columns from that table?
Show only one line in Table
Dear Sir; How can I manage to show a table data ONLY when the number of lines are only one?? Note: I need to do this and keep the functionality of the filters. In resume: I have a table with some filters and I need to show data ONLY if the number of lines are equal to 1. User Management in Zoho Reports

Why can't I see the field DESCRIPTION under the Calls table? Is this located under a different table? I have tried to use the "SEARCH TABLES/REPORTS" feature but nothing queries for this table. Thanks.

Contact lookup fields not syncing from CRM to reports
Hello, we use Zoho CRM Advanced analytics in Zoho Reports. We use the standard Contact lookup type field in Potentials in Zoho CRM, but this field does not sync to Zoho Reports, the column is not shown at all. I need that column to be synced. Zoho Reports Upgrade
I've recently completed the Zoho analytic reports trial and want to keep on using them as part of my subscription. But theirs no way off adding it! All i get is this message: "You have been downgraded to Free Edition of Zoho Reports. Please upgrade to "standard" or higher edition of Zoho Reports to continue the integration." When I go to Reports, click on Analytics, there is no zoho reports option to upgrade with! Why do you make it hard to updgrade?
Query Error: Improper usage of GROUP BY clause.
When I execute a query made and stored six months ago I get the following error: "Please ensure that all the non aggregate columns used in the SELECT clause is also used in GROUP BY clause." Hi Is it possible to let users pick the date grouping? If not, any workarounds? If a user pick a short time period we would like to group by day. If longer periods, group by week, month, etc.
Combining Field to filter
Hello I am wanting to combine some values when I create a graph. We have got a number of different stages against our opportunities eg - Follow this month, Follow this week, Lead etc. I would like to group them all together so they just show up as Open quotes. Pie Chart & Unknown Value
My charts used to show the amount of fields that were unknown or blank (in underlying data). When i do a pie chart or similar the "unknown" field is highlighted at the side but there are no "unknowns" appearing on my pie chart - see attached pie chart unknowns in that chart should make up 75% of the chart. Hi, as a subscriber of Zoho Reports (2M + 10M upgrade), I just noticed that 800.000 rows limit for query tables. Since we are going to upload a lot of data (15-25m rows), I am now unsure if Zoho Reports is the right tool for us. Can you tell me about the limitions of the tool? Is it currently possible to run reports over let's say 5 millions of rows of data, which (example) joins to another table with 5 millions of rows? Thanks four your help!

puling data from one table to another for given period
I need to be able to look at a table of data and then grab data covering a 7 day period into another table where it will remain unchanged while main table continually updates every hour. Basically I want something that I can go in at the end of a week and run a query that returns rows of data that were entered or changed in that last 7 day. period.
