Sync Account Created By and Modified By From CRM to Reports
I selected the fields 'Created By' and 'Modified By' from the Accounts table when setting up my sync from Zoho CRM to Reports. When I get over to Reports and try to make a report using the Account fields, I cannot see these fields as options. What happened to them during the sync?
Lookup Column and aggregate functions
Hi, I have 2 db´s. 1. Stores_db with information about stores (ie city, adress, storenumber) with a lookupfield "store id" 2. Sales_db In the Sales_db i have two fields that I would like to have a formula just dividing one with the other. After that i would like to have a report where I can filter the sales data by parameters found in the Stores_db. I have tried joining the tables but get no luck because of the aggregate formula. I have also tried using Query table but I dont understand how to join

sorry for my english! We have problems for 10 days on the planning reports. They are sent 1 hour before and yet I think being in the right time zone for France (Central European Time France / Paris). An idea? Is it related to a possible change time on your side?
Blank Primary Key on Import / Odd Table Join Setup
The way we are doing this isn't ideal. We are taking the CSV reports generated from our software and importing those into Zoho tables. This means that we have three different tables with "OrderID" as a primary key. Obviously in a real database most of this data would be in one table or sectioned off into different ID lookups. Anyway, there are two problems we are running into: 1) We can't easily join these three tables together on the same column in each one because "a lookup on another lookup column
Drilldown to underlying data
Hello, I am having a problem with Pivot table report that sometimes show underlying data when I click on a cell and sometimes it does not. Sometimes I click on a cell and it shows me the underlying data, I try to do it the second time and it does not show it, or it does not drill down. Any ideas what's going on?? Thanks

On lots of forums i've seen the alias being used - I can't get it to - how would I create an alias to simplify the below SQL? Not sure if byproduct of Question1 but the below doesn't want to work if I dont use " around the tables or columns - any thoughts? The table "Active Managers"

Zoho Analytics Module CountIF
I am trying to add a countif formula to my Zoho CRM Analytics table that is pulling from my CRM nightly. I have built the aggregate formula but the formula itself is calculating based as whole on the table. How can I build the formula so that is performs the calculation on each record. For Example: countif date > 7/1/2012 I would need to perform the calculation for each record and place a 1 if that record meets the criteria. Problem in Sorting by Percentage
Hi Zoho! Can you fix this? The Sort per Percentage is not working, thus it sorts by the value of the row. As you can see in the image below, in the Contact section, I was sorting by Calls (%) from Highest to Lowest, but you will notice that the sort takes place in the Calls (*) with 1984 value as the highest but 2.74% percentage but the highest percentage is 11.11% which has a value of 1 in Calls (*). I successfully have them joined via lookup, but I cannot import CSV file (50k Records) to my table or it takes too long. I wanted to use the Query Table but it limits to only 800,000 records. Change a table column (field) order
Since the order of the fields a.k.a. columns in a table sets the order that they show by default in ALL reports that are created from them. It is very time consuming, error prone, and frustrating to have to change every report every time to show the order you want the fields in. It also makes it difficult to find the fields you use most often. I know you can show/hide columns in a table, but making that change doesn't change the related reports or data query tables. Different scheduler run option for same report produces different results - URGENT
Hello , I have created a dashboard with a default user filter .If I schedule this dashboard with run option "send once" the user filters are applied properly and report is generated with expected data but if I schedule the same dashboard with run option "daily" the user filters get overridden and produces report with all options selected. Problem adding statistical formula [UPDATED]
UPDATE: I was able to see the entire popup using Mozilla Firefox and then Zooming out the screen. However my only option in the left panel is just the "Add Aggregate Function" Hi! how to get a percentage from an aggregate formula?

Data sampling
Hi, I've been using Zoho for a while and one of my table shows the metric 'monthly visits'. When I saw the value for visits in Nov right after uploading the data the number was 24,578. A month later I see this number and it has turned into 25,108. Does Zoho sample data by any chance because of which the number can change by a few hundreds every now and then? (Something similar to Google Analytics?) Or is this a bug? Thanks for the help!
