Each sale adds a new row with the date of the sale and the amount. I need to compare March 2012 to March 2011 but cumulative. For example today March 15 2012 I need to see: From 1st of March 2011 to 15th of march 2011 TOTAL VS. From 1st of March 2012 to 15th of March 2012 TOTAL

certain account lines in report not updating
Hi, We have created a few reports to give us information on our accounts and the opportunities within. I have a stacked bar chart which seems to be updating fine, but there are also two sheet-report, which doesn't seem to be updating a few of the accounts (clients) - e.g. for one account the sheet-report isn't updating/displaying all the new opportunities, and only updating some opportunities. infact it still has one opportunity which was already deleted. i've use the crm analytics>data sync function

Lost all my data and reports when upgrading my license
Last week I was working on a temporary license and unfortunately it expired. Today I upgraded the license to be able to start working again. Strangely I can see my database name but cannot access my data and also the views and reports I had created last week. Can anyone help??

I have an aggregate column that gives a percentage of some data. i want to create a pie chart that groups 0 to 20%, 20% - 40% and so on and displays each group as a slice in a pie chart. How do I go about doing that.

I am importing an excel file from my computer to Zoho reports. Our column says start time and the other finish time. There the data is in the format of 24 hours in each column, indicating hh:mm:ss. User Search
Hello. I've set up a dashboard in which users can search for employees' names. The problem is that "All" is selected by default, and unless the user unclicks "all" before searching, users will actually end up unchecking the name that they are looking for. Is there a way to deselect "All" automatically when the user searches for a name? Or to have everything unchecked in the filter by default (but still include everything unless something is selected)?

Hi, Being able to share an entire folder to users now is great, however there is no mechanism to see what sharing permissions have been set once you do! Can this be added so that the permissions can be editted at folder level, rather than having to remove the permissions from all the individual reports in the folder? Cheers, James

How To get calculate the % of the total of another field?
See my image below. I would like to know how to calculate the % of the red arrow of the total of the blue arrow. I tried making an aggregate formula and I tried every option under count and %, but no luck. Do you know how I can calculate this? So the formula should be: Row 1: (10/382)*100 = 2.61% Row 2: (13/382)*100 = 3.40% etc. Any help would be great. Thanks!

Zoho Reports iPad Support
Greetings: I set up a database and table for one of our employees to use in the field. He can access the table, sort and filter it, but cannot add data to it. If he taps in the search box, the keyboard is displayed and works as expected. However, when he taps on a cell to enter data, the cell get an orange selection border, but the iPad doesn't display its keyboard. We've tried unsuccessfully: tap, double-tap, tap and hold, and we've looked for an Edit menu item. He has the appropriate share permissions.
About Summary View
Hi everyone, I have a database of transaction data with 3 columns: customer ID, transaction date and transaction value. Each row is one transaction. A customer can have several transactions. I have identified using the summary view the latest transaction date for each customer (2 columns: customer ID and last transaction date). Stacked Bar Chart
I'm trying to create a a report that shows a 'Course Name' on X axis and the number of registration compared to the number of registrations need to make budget on the Y axis in a stacked bar. If a course needs to have 100 registrations to make budget and there are 80 registrations, I'd like the number of registrations number of registrations need to make budget to show 20. I can't seem to get it to work. Any ideas?

Splitting a data set into multiple lines on the same chart
I have a dataset similar to the following: Type Price Year AAA 1000 2011 BBB 1000 2011 CCC 1000 2011 AAA 2000 2012 BBB 4000 2012 CCC 6000 2012 I would like to create a report that shows three line graphs, one each for AAA, BBB, and CCC. Dashboard Filter Email PDF
I have a dashboard with a scheduled email delivery that sends a pdf file, but I want to filter the data in the PDF, by default all data is sent. I think I need to setup a shared filter on the view but I'm having a hard time doing that with a date field. What I would like to do is only email the last 3 weeks which is what the default filter on my view is.
