Zoho Assist will not allow me to access remote computers
I am unable to access remote computers. Tried from two different computers. Most are unattended but one is a new ticket. PLEASE HELP!!!
Cannot access remote devices after Zoho Assist outage
Since the outage today I can no longer access any of my remote computers. The Zoho Assist desktop App for Windows 10 is loading, but none of my remote PCs will connect. I even tried reloading the unattended agent on several of the computers but that did not work, it just sits on the screen saying "You'll be able to access the remote device shortly."

New user of Zoho Assist. Just tapped into the other pc remotely and all works smoothly except no sound. There are no settings in Zoho to turn that on or off that i can find and both this pc and the other are not muted and working properly. Am I missing
File Transfer Not Working
Hi, Myself and a number of our engineers are having issues receiving files via the File Transfer window. When we try to pull back a file nothing happens but the file does show in the File Transfer window as "Download initiated". This appears to be happening

Unattended session loses connection
I am experiencing a frequent issue. I utilize the unattended sessions for all of our devices. I am finding that I consistently lose connection to many machines and the only way to get it back is to either restart the unattended service or to reboot the computer. These machines have not lost Internet connectivity or gone to sleep.
Unattended Access not working

Unattended Remote Access - Join, not Connect
Hi, i have been using the Unattended Remote Access, which allowed me to connect a desktop at home. It had been working fine, but first for some reason it went offline if idle for a while: I think I fixed that by changing the setting on changing it to never go sleep. But now I have an issue that while it reads online, it does not have 'Connect' status, but 'Join'. And I see the 'you will be able to access the remote device shortly' message running, but it does not connect... Any ideas?
Unattended Access on Linux = Grey/Black Screen

With the Covid-19 crisis this is disasterous and I would have expected Zoho to have some sort of acknowledgement of the issue on their website. Hi According to the purchase advisor there were unlimited number of devices/technicians for unatended access. When I attempt to add a technician I get the message that I reached my limit. I only have 7. The heading says 7 or unlimited used but it suggests I need to ungrade my plan to add more.

Showing Devices Online that are Offline in Unattended Access.

BEWARE- Posted documentation and "solution" does not work for deployment

Reboot stuck in safemode
I just purchased Zoho Assist to see if this will work for my company. I decided to test it on the system next to me. Both systems "tech" and "client" are fully patched Windows 10 Home editions. The connection worked just fine, I was able to transfer a file and finally I tested reboot into safe mode to see how quickly it would reconnect. Can't type latin characters Mac x Windows
I access a Win XP machine using Chrome on Mac OS X High Sierra and I can't get special characters like á é ó â ê ô ã õ à í ú to work. I tried a few different keyboard layout setups, but nothing worked. I end up having to type a lot of stuff in a local notepad for further copy and paste, which is not convenient at all. TalkTalk blocking access to all zoho sites.
Whilst trying to access my assist portal, I was presented with a message stating it was being blocked. I tested several other zoho URL's and anything with .zoho.com is being blocked. Whilst I initially thought the problem could be solved by disabling the blocking feature, I realised there is a wider issue in that no Talk Talk customer will be able to join a remote session as https://join.zoho.com/ is also being blocked. This is a pretty big deal as the vast majority - more than 95% of UK internet

New UI unattended list MUCH more difficult to navigate / find computers
This is my first post here. We've been using unattended access for about 1.5 years now. We have close to 100 computers in roughly 15 groups. Used to be easy, just scroll down the groups list, which was always on. Now, I have to use a drop down just to see the groups, and it's not as easy to navigate/scroll, find, and select the group.
