Frequently losing control of clients screen since upgrading to Big Sur
I'm a consultant and I use assist daily to share my clients' screens. Since upgrading to Big Sur – perhaps this is coincidental – I frequently lose the ability to manage the client screen. I can still see all their activity but I have to request they move the cursor, click on items, etc. Sometimes reloading the active session fixes the problem, but moments later it reoccurs. This may not be a Big Sur issue, but it's happening constantly now making it very difficult for me to do my work. Is anyone having this issue -- or have suggestions?
