Blackberry Sync not syncing calendar properly
Hi there I have set up Zoho sync on my BlackBerry which is working perfectly for my contacts (changes are going both from Zoho and Blackberry and it is all working fine). However, the calendar sync is not working at all. I have followed the instructions, as well as deleting all the previous calendar items from my BlackBerry but it just won't sync properly. Calendar sharing with a client.
I want to share my on of my calendars ith a cient. The one that i want to share is specially made for him. In the settings ienabled private address, add his e-maill address, but when he clicks on the link he comes at the homescreen of Zoho, So he is not seeing that calendar, The project is starting first week of February so this must be fixed soon. Can you understand what i ment? Like too her from you.
iCal won't subscribe to zoho private calendar address???
I keep trying to go to my iCal calendar and subscribe to my zoho calendar by it says it isn't valid. I get this error every time. I have copied my private address from zoho and then when I go to my iCal and subscribe it gives me an an error message. My google calendar worked okay. What is the problem? The data downloaded from http://calendar.zoho.com (I removed my private address) isn’t valid.
German holidays
I can't believe there is no german holidays calendar to subscribe to given the many countries' calendars that are there. Is that really the case? Any suggestions on that?

Week View with time blocks
It there a way to view the Zoho Calendar that is similar to Outlook or Google Calendar to see time blocks. This view helps me to identify open time blocks that I might have in my schedule so I can book specific activities. Know what time I have open is as important as the time blocks I have filled.
Month view compressed in browser
For some reason my month view (I think the others too) has shrunk vertically, leaving a bunch of unused space in the bottom half of the screen and preventing the view from displaying any events. I couldn't figure out why this happened or how I can switch it back to the way it looked yesterday (when it looked just like the help docs and filled most of the screen). Any idea what happened here?

Calendar submissions not showing up
So I have an original calendar that works fine but when I add additional calendars, the event is being pulled to the original calendar but not showing on the new calendars. For example 1) I have calendar "maidsinblack" 2) I have a calendar for "philadlephia" If i enter an event on philadelphia, it does not show up on philadelphia but I then see it on "maidsinblack". Am I doing something wrong?

Hi I have created a database for a community organisation that I'm running - the database contains contact detail (inc email address) for each member. I would like to use Zoho Calender to manage the norification/sharing of community events that are planned. HOWEVER, is there a way to invite or notify the contacts within Zoho Creator of the events I am creating within Zoho Calender? Part of event description missing when viewing Google sites from iPhone and other smart phones that have embedded Zoho Calendars
When I embed the Zoho calendar in a Google site and open up the site and the embedded calendar from iPhone and click on an event, I see only the first 7 lines of the event description displayed on iPhone. We have close to 20-25 lines in the event description and we frequently access the Google sites from iPhones and other smart phones. So we are not able to see some key pieces of information from iPhone and other smart phones. Is this an issue with Apple/Google or is it something that Zoho can fix?

I shared a calendar with a group of people, thinking that they would be able to add events onto that calendar. I gave them all the 'Delegate/Manage' permission, but they still can't add anything. Any reason why this is so?

embedded calendar showing false events
My embedded calendar is displaying events in a format that causes problems. when an event stretches beyond midnight, it apparently shows up over 2 days - so for instance, because I have an event on Thursday going through 1AM Friday, I see the following when I select Friday on my embedded calendar: 7:45 AM - 1:00 AM Open 7:45 AM - 9:00 PM Open The top line reflects Thursday stretching to Friday, but this is not how users understand this display. Time zone problem
Hi, I am having a problem syncing calendar entries between zoho and zimbra because of time zone issues. I live in Illinois and have set zoho's time zone to be (GMT -6:0) Central Daylight Time (America/Chicago). Zimbra's time zone is set to GMT-6:00 US/Canada Central. I have set up share/subscribe in both directions and the appointments show up on both calendars. However the times are not always correct. Custom Requisition Form
Hi. I don't know if this has been covered, couldn't find any info in the forums. I'm trying to make my own requisition form. I just can't use the iframe listed in the settings. How can I acomplish this? I already have the designed form for the requisition, I just don't know how to send the info back to Zoho Calendar. I see there's a Web API in the settings, but this doesn't seem to be functioning. Thank you.

Newbie - zoho calendar is different than crm calendar?
Is this really true? It kinda explains why the CRM calendar is SOOO outdated and whacked. The CRM is ONE part of business, and other parts of our business are coordinated thru Google apps and google calendar. I have been looking for a CRM that can sustain and grow with us, and Zoho looks promising, but the calendar integration with Google absolutely blows and this fact alone keep other CRM's on my "trial" crms to look at.... Outlook 2000 Zoho Calendar plugin won't synchronize
I am using Office 2000 SP3 under Windows XP SP3 on 2 computers with 2 different Gmail accounts. On one computer, which uses XP Home Edition, the Zoho Calendar plugin works perfectly. OK Having life the big company I signed up for zoho mail, in effect to replace my old exchange account. I have mail set up it syncs nicely with my outlook 2010 and also my smart phone service. Calendar is the problem. I tried the normal calendar lug in and it does not seem to support 2010, i downloaded the crm outlook plug in (I have a crm account but dont use it yet). Spreadsheet to Calender Link
Hi there, We have a spreadsheet that sets up fixtures (schedules) for a number of sports teams. Fixtures are added, deleted and changed fairly often. One spreadsheet collects all of the teams fixtures and puts them into chronological order with all of the details necessary for export as a CSV file and import into a Calendar. ('calendar' sheet) However, it would be great to automate the link process! The link to the Calendar would work so that any changes in the spreadsheet were reflected on the Calender.
Can we customize the number of upcoming events listed/page on embed zoho calendar template# 7?
Currently this defaults to 10 events/page. But it will be helpful to be able to customize this number depending on the nature of events, space available on the website that will embed the Zoho calendar and if the embedded calendar would be accessed from a smart phone.

Calendar not syncing to Outlook 2007
I installed the CRM plug-in for Outlook and then logged in through my Outlook, selected sync calendar, and then it goes through all the >100 appointments that I currently have. However, when I log into Zoho on the Internet the calendar does not show any of these appointments. Please advise on what I should do. Also, when I installed it, it mentions that there is a 15-day trial period, but I thought it was free for up to 3 users for personal use? Thanks for your help.
