Detailed audit trail
Dear, In the audit trail we can see who made a change to what record. If you go to that record, you can see the updates made to it, but unfortunately it often says "updated some fields". The fact that sometimes the exact change is shown, I am wondering if it is possible to have this available for all fields. From an audit perspective it is not only interesting to see who and when records were changed, but also what was changed. Could you please elaborate on this? Thanks in advance! Best regards Geert

When I create an event in the deal, I insert the participant's email address to invite them to a conference, but the email is not being sending to them. No one receive the email. For what reason does it happen?
Best Way to Sort?
I have two businesses; a marketing firm and a real estate firm. I'd like to include both firms contacts and accounts in Zoho CRM. What's the best way to classify and sort them? If I classify contacts and accounts by "industry", can I sort by "industry"? Or do I need to classify them by a custom field such as "Product type"? Can I sort by that custom field? Suggestions? zoho calendar
I run training courses and want to send students who have registered access to a calendar for their particular program. I've seen this done on google calendar and want to know how we can do the same for zoho calendar. Eg Class size 20 Duration 3 Weeks At the outset of the course, I'd like people to have access to this calendar function so they know what to plan for assignments, exams etc. This calendar would integrate with each students calendar on outlook, ios, google calendar etc. My question
sms workflow integration
I'd like to know that once we decide to set up SMS with one of the providers on zoho; can we set up a rule/workflow whereby once someone registers ona course with us, they automatically get a welcome notification from us? EG We have people signing up for training courses and once they register, I want them to receive an SMS message from us welcoming them to the program. Transferring events to another user
I recently transferred a number of accounts between two users. Unfortunately, the new user cannot see the events tied to the accounts they were transferred because of the way our sharing rules are set up (the events were owned by the old user). Hi. I assume this question has been asked but..... Will an app be available for Windows Phone - I have found an old app but looked like its been removed. Social Tab Improvements and Issues
Hi Social tab could have been a great addition to Zoho CRM, but its lacking basic features: When Adding a Lead it only gives the option to add the Last Name... BUT there is no option to add a First Name or Salutation. This option IS available when adding a Contact though, as well as adding Account Name. So why remove it from Leads? Zoho CRM Mail Magnet Problems
Is anyone having issues with the Mail Magnet ? I am currently having problems with a 3 user install where the Magnet works fine for 1 user but not for two others. I have had situations where, although mail does not show in the Magnet it does appear in the email related items for the contact and also instances where it does not appear under the contact - which is really bad news. Quickbook Integration Nightmares
This shouldn't be so hard... I have the following issues: I want my invoice subjects in Zoho to be descriptive. The web connector will not attempt to transfer invoices is the subject exceeds 12 characters. That is silly. It should truncate the subject if necessary, or better yet, actually use an invoice number in Zoho to map to the Invoice number in QB. I have 35,000 contacts in Zoho, but QB only allows 10,500 (Premier version). I really just want to create a contact in QB if an invoice is pending

Every email I send inside ZohoCRM I set a BCC address, which usually is of my marketing dpt, so, to avoid typing some email address every time, is there some config that allows to set a BCC address and use it as default into whole system when sending emails (or something else)?

I am an administrator, and all of my potentials under my name have events set up. NONE OF THE EVENT REMINDER EMAILS ARE APPEARING IN MY INBOX. Hi guys, For some strange reason, no alert emails defined in the workflow sent from our ZohoCRM to our Zoho users is being received. This is happening only to emails sent to our specific domain addresses @grupoabstract.com. When we add personal Hotmail or Gmail email addresses to the alerts, these arrive ok, it is only happening with the domain address @grupoabstract.com. It is not a problem of the rule. Zoho Unsubscription Form Return URL
Hi there, I'm having a problem with this form. It works fine but once the submission to unsubscribe has been made this happens. The return url is showing in another window rather than redirecting to the home page. Can this be changed please? I would prefer to have this redirect to another page (not the home page). Problem creating a list in Leads

Changes to search layout not appearing
I am trying to make a change to the search layout for Leads so include a search on a custom field. Migrate from inhouse CRM and need to have leads with our own create date
I need to be able to change the ZoHo ]Created Time[ field to reflect the true date/time our leads where created and not the date the lead was imported. This is extremely important (aka mandatory) to us for reporting and handling of our leads.
Can't find the google apps integration in the apps and add-ons
There is no option for google apps within the apps and add-ons section of the user set-up, though I have full admin rights.
