Zoho Forms for Activity Recording
Not super thrilled with the UI and complexity of recording activities (tasks, calls, meetings) -has anyone here tried using Zoho Forms to replace the activity interfacing? I know it's possible to create related list items with forms so I'm curious if
CRM Conditional Layout based on contacts age/birthday
I am using a formula field that calculates my customers current age based on the info from the DOB (date) field. This works pretty well other than the fact it does not auto-update and will only change if the page is edited. The problem I'm running into is that I'd like to create a conditional layout to only show a specific "section" of the "contacts" module IF the customer is over a specific age. In the conditional layout page there is no option to use my "Age" field since it is a conditional field.
