Adding users and Changing permissions
In the paid CRM, if I add users will they be able to access the leads that are already in our CRM? We have many leads and want the new users to have access to them but not be able to necessarily manipulate those leads. And also be able to add their own new leads.
I can't save notes to Contacts
Hi, I am unable to add notes to any Contacts, whereas other users can. All users are classed as Administrators, so I would have thought I should be able to change / add everything? Many thanks
Changing the Lead Conversion behavior/screen
When converting a Lead to Contact, is the offered screen changeable? Also, when creating a potential at that stage, is it possible to define another field rather than Account or Last Name into the Potential Name?
MISSING DATA ! URGENT
I have just gone into the company database to update and add information and there is missing information on activities - I keep a log of everything uploaded on CRM and date input - there is missing information from 2 years - we use this information to pull data and reports - this is very worrying please advise urgently.

Remove inline styling from Web Integration Form
I love the idea of CRM/Web integration - but for the life of me, I can't find the option to remove the inline styling from the source code of a web-integration form and let a site's CSS take over. Is there a good reason why this isn't at least an option if not the default? Maybe I'm being unreasonable, but there's this thing called CSS that's on every site that exists for handling this. Mailing Labels directly from Campaign
It seems that in Zoho so many things have not been fully thought out and require work around techniques... here is one of them... I am sending out Christmas Cards to Customers... I have taken the time to create a Campaign so I can refer to it later... now, here is the work-around to get what I need. Very sloppy, but it works: Go to the "Campaign" On the "Tools" (gear up top) go to the "Related List Columns" and choose the fields for: First Name Last Name Company Mailing Street Mailing City Mailing
Is Pulse included in CRM Professional Plan?
Hi guys, just purchased the professional edition for our company to start with. In the Feature/Plan overview it says Pulse is included in the professional edition (limited to 100 follow-ups per user). https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/erutaef321.html#pulse However I do not seem to be able to activate Pulse, even though I did follow the instructions: https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/pulse/activate-pulse.html I don't seem to be able to access the pulse checkbox in Users/Permissions... Enterprise and proffesional
So we are considering rolling ZOHO out company wide. HOwever we are trying to figure out what editions to use. The pricing for enterprise company wide is to high for our considerations, however only 2 people truly need the enterprise tools, such as custom modules. Is it possible to only have the administrators have enterprise, and then have all other employees operate on professional and just use what I have created, but not have the capabilities of the enterprise edition? or do all members need

Setting a task for a given time
Hi I must be missing something so apologies. I have a list of calls to make so have set task for each lead to call. No problems there. Now one lead says to me "call me back at 10:00 am on Thursday" How do I do that? The only way of doing that I can see is to set an event? Is that correct. An event is time based and a task is not? Come to think of it why cant you have just one definition and it either has a date or a date and time. Even having a date is unnecessary as you could set a unit of work
Importing Leads to Zoho

Lead Status Default Status
Hi, I am wondering the Lead Status by default was always "New Not Contacted", but how come lately it has been changed to "Burnt", this is so troublesome, it made all the leads I entered yesterday as BURNT because all the while I never do changes as by default, it is "New Not Contacted", how can we change it back? ACT to Zoho Migration Challenges
I am trying to migrate ACT! to Zoho. I can bring in Accounts and Contacts and they link together. I can also link Notes to contacts. I can not seem to import Activities, Potentials and History to link to contacts or accounts. Does anyone know the correct ACT! fields to link them upon import? Thank you for your help.

Hi, I have 2 CRM accounts and I need to keep them both open simultaneously but I can't seem to do that. Tel Extension numbers - including Mobile App
I don't have many of these but i currently type in ext numbers on the job title for a contact, I was wondering if there is a better place on contacts module to record a customer's extension number, which would be helpful to have on zoho mobile. I cannot find any default field for this.

I'm using Zoho CRM as a nonprofit donor database. I have a field that allows for an email opt out, but is there a similar field I can create for a snail mail opt out? I need to somehow prevent sending a mail merge letter to someone who has passed away.
Security - Tracing account access and time to customer records
Is there a way to trace user account time and access to specific customer records. We fully believe that we have had a "breakin" and need to find out which user accounts were being accessed to break in to our customer records and the time/date at which they were accessed. Thanks Mark
Need guidance
I have had zoho unused for months is there any service available to explain how each item I need works maybe by asking a series of questions or someone who can help me filter the items I need from the items I don't. It would save many hours and simplify the system for me. I don't need 3/4 of the items and it is overwhelming and not worth all the trial and error time used to figure this out. No option to create new module
Hi there, I'm just getting setup on Zoho. I wanted to create a custom module and I followed the instructions on the help file (Settings_..Customization-->Modules) but I don't see an option to create a new module. All I have is a list of the currents modules and the MANAGE MODULES button. Any thoughts?

Linking Campaigns to Accounts (besides the standard Contacts connection)
In Zoho CRM Campaigns are only linked to the module Contacts, is it possible that, in a future update, you may also link Campaigns to the Accounts module?
Custom Fields
Hi I have recently upgraded to the standard version, and wanted to change some custom fields. Since upgrading I noticed that I have reached the limit on the custom fields and although I have removed 4 to make way for new fields I still can't add more custom fields - very frustrating!
