I am wondering if I am missing something. I see that I can enter email addresses into Leads and even Contacts but for some reason in the Accounts section, there is only a box for website address and not email. Is it possible to add a box for email address in the Accounts section or am I just missing something?

Hi, I try to integrate my Campaigns and CRM (paid plan) accounts. I setup new list in Campaigns, made sign-up form and at this moment I have 3 records on this list. They confirmed the subscription, but I have not sent them any other emails yet. Now I want to "copy" all the records from the Campaigns to CRM as leads, so I enabled Push Data to Zoho CRM / Push as Leads / Clicked recipients option and mapped all mandatory fields. Unable to get data from Zoho Support to Zoho CRM.
I have purchased Zoho CRM and Zoho Support. I have used the ZSC key under Zoho CRM settings (Zoho Apps/Zoho Support) and have added the correct portal and the only one (realtechsolutions). I am able to go over to Zoho Support site and added tickets into Accounts that I recognize from the Zoho CRM side. However when I go back to that same account in the Zoho CRM there is nothing under support tickets. What am I doing wrong?

I have the Zoho Mail Add On. When you hit Add to CRM, it creates a contact based on the "From" email address. Is there anyway to change this, to create a contact based on the "to" email address.
Zoho CRM Freezing Browser when attaching document
I'm trying to attach a document to an Account record but my browser freezes up each time I click on Document link. I'm using Firefox 32.0.3 which I think is the most current update. I'm running on a Inspiron laptop on Windows 7. Also... down at the bottom of my browser (lower left hand) the words javascript show up when I click on the Document link.

I accidentally deleted the Account and Contact report in ZOHO CRM. How do I get it back, or is it gone for good?
Converted Leads Report not working
Up until last week, I was able to use the Converted Leads Report without any problem. Now, when I enter today's date as a filter, it shows me no converted leads (which is not right). If I remove the filter, it shows me all converted leads and I am able to find the ones from today. How do I fix this so it is easy again to find each day's converted leads?

Convert Leads to accounts Notes Issue: Printing Accounts
Any Leads converted to an account the notes will be saved to the contact and not the account the problem with this is, that any contact you delete the comments will ALSO delete. Just to let you all know: What i discovered today is that if you print any accounts, the notes on the contact WILL NOT BE PRINTED as they are separate. This is an excellent example and essensial argument why the converted notes should be attached to the accounts and not the contact. My question is, what else does this affect
Do Carriage Returns Count as Characters from the 32,000 available within Standard 'Description' Fields?
Zoho offers a Standard Field called Description in many of its modules that offers 32,000 characters. We love that about Zoho! Email meeting request CRM integration
When an email is received containing a meeting request, this is not put into my CRM calendar. Instead, it appears in Zoho Calendar, which seems to be a completely different calendar. Email and CRM do not seem to be integrated very well.
'Add Email' of Zoho CRM Outlook Plug-in doesn't create lead of Sender when recipient exists
When we receive emails with requests from new leads they are sent either it info or salesrep. directly. In order to create the new lead and add email we want use 'Add Email' button. But it always adds it only to the exiting contacts of our info and salesrep. (another Zoho CRM problem, as users should be contacts too, or be linked at least) and doesn't create the lead for the sender of the email. That's not logic? Any hint for me how to add new leads or contacts directly form emails or text blocks
ZOHO Mail Integration
We're in the middle of our trial and the mail integration is important to us. We've spent 3 days now letting ZOHO load some 20,000 emails from gmail into ZOHO so those emails can be tied to customers. Apparently though, when an email is deleted from ZOHO mail it is removed from the customer record. Is there some way to stop that from happening? Eg: I have a Contact named Mustafa who was working with a Company named Veritis. This Company became our paid customer because of him. He has now moved on to another Company Employ. Quote to PDF on Windows 8.1
Yesterday I was using Windows 8 and was able to transfer a Zoho Quote in CRM to a pdf file. Then I updated to Windows 8.1 and now when I go to transfer to PDF, I get the correct template screen, and then get to "Open" the file. then a screen pops up that says "Can't open this file. There's a problem with the file format." Can you help?

Can't modify potential views

HTML code not executing
We are using html code of script at custom fields of Templates and Quotes. It was worked fine. But now the templates exported results are showing the html script instead of the results. html script are not returning the results.

Not every time I log in however most times lately the Zoho CRM site keeps refreshing which does not allow me to access anything. Not sure how to get it to stop that. There is no other site I visit that does this.

Converting Leads with Custom Module lookups
We are a real estate company, so many of our leads use custom modules for commercial properties and residential properties that the leads own. Leads might own one or more properties, so by creating a custom module we have been able to create this connection using a look-up on the custom module. An issue has arose that when we convert the lead we are unable to transfer the custom module's information to the contact/account. Any ideas of how we can transfer this information along?
