Update Log
Hi, Is there any other feature like the audit log that allows all users to have access to and/or view the updates to all accounts? This is a current issue in my organization where complaints are being made that the Pulse only shows accounts you follow and there is no way for a user to have a log of all updates. Please advise.
Activities assigned to contact but not showing in company record
Hi All, I am currently using the free version but looking to upgrade to the standard version in the next week or so. Before I do I want to ensure these issues are resolved or I know how to work around them. This has always worked until the last few days: Scenario: Joe works for Xcompany, I used to create a task for the company - not neccessary assigning it to a contact - now I have to ensure a contact is assigned. I've created a task, assigned it to a contact, completed the task, but it doesnt appear

Zoho mail not recording emails to contacts
When I receive an email in Zoho Mail it is not captured and recorded under the respective contact in Zoho CRM. Emails sent from Zoho Mail however are recorded. Can you assist?
crm adding a new user
I am a single free user of Zoho at the moment. I am trying to add an additional user to the CRM account. I have made multiple attempts to send and resend new user request to be sent to new users email address. It does not send. I have even tried different email address and it doesn't seem to send so that the user can accept and create their own password. This was never the case in the past.

Will Phone Bridge Log calls automatically in CRM?
Will zoho automatically log that a call has come in to the contact's record? or do you need to manually click log call during the call.. I would like to have it automatically logged.. Would also be nice that is a call was missed by the contact that could be logged too... Meaning the contact called in but no one answered or the call was sent to voicemail. Is phonebridge capable or this or is there a workaround or can I hired a programmer to make it do this? Thanks Justin

On the Convert Lead page is it possible to add a custom field to the "Create a new Potential for this Contact" section? We in addition to Amount, we'd like to add a Profit field.
How to delete Emails listed under ZMail Public Users, Email Module
It isn't possible to delete emails listed under 'ZMail Public Users'. In contray it's possible to delete emails listed under 'Sent Emails form CRM'. How can I delete those emails? ZohoCRM allows filtering leads, contacts, etc. by the first letter. Please add the # sign for filtering non-english names. LinkedIn uses this solution.
Contact list changes from alpha to something else
When I am trying to send bulk emails, my contact list changes from alpha to something else whenever I move to the next 100 listings. This has resulted in some contacts not getting any emails and others getting multiple emails. Can you advise if this is brower related or related to Zoho. I have a .xls spreadsheet that I'd like to share with my Zoho colleagues. Can it be imported as is into Zoho CRM? If so, where? Reports doesn't seem like the destination I had hoped it would be.
Standard field information does not transfer between modules
Why is it when I am writing a sales order from a contact, it will not transfer the address, or pertinent information over. It gets really annoying to have to go back and forth and copy everything. This however is not the case for accounts. I wish there was a way to just connect fields as needed via the setting and field information. Salesforce is starting to seem pretty sweet after all these limitations i keep coming across.

I just noticed Firefox putting an exclamation mark near the url at the top of the page when I connect to zoho.com, including help.zoho.com/portal/en/community. When I hover over the exclamation mark a warning comes up reading, "This website does not supply identity information." Map Fields for Leads Conversion
Hi, there seems to be high levels of limitations as to which fields can be mapped in the different modules. In Leads it does not allow me to map lead source - why, it's the default field that is in leads and accounts modules. Zoho need to look at this for their next update. There are fields that could be included in leads that are on the accounts module, the leads in the current format only does part of the job that it could or should do for me personally. Postal Code doesn't map from lead to accounts

I've just had a conversation with support and to my disgust - Zoho CRM can't do anything with birthdays. What a joke! Zoho is a joke? Images embedded in templates
Hello, For years, we used image files encoded as base64 which we embedded directly in our inventory templates (in HTML mode) and it worked perfectly. Recently, when i saved a modified such inventory template, all the encoded content was cleaned up, so our quotes are now broken. Why has this feature been changed and am I the only one to face this issue?

Zoho mail attachment in Zoho CRM mobile native app
i, If I receive a message in the Zoho mail section of my IOS native CRM mobile app, I can open the attachment. If I want to save this attachment in an account or potential in Zoho CRM mobile, I cannot. The arrow at the right top of the screen doesn't open anything. How can I solve this ?

Email headers aren't proprely displayed within Email Module using Outlook Pkugin
Hello Zoho CRM In the email module, linked emails in Contacts or Leads, are missing the CC field and consider every recipient as 'To:', and on top looses the list of recipients in To: and CC: when registered via Outlook Plugin. Email stored via BCC feature or sent out of Zoho CRM are not affected What is wrong? When will this be fixed? I name it fixed as this is poorly realized. Thank you for advice
Emails sent via Outlook to Contacts create new leads?
I have set-up Zoho CRM Outlook integration to create a lead if the recipients address aren't found in Contacts or Leads. Now I've sent emails to multiple contacts and for all of them Zoho CRM created new leads, although all email,addresses existed as primary email in Contacts. What is wrong? Thank you for help.

Adding Company Info from 'Leads' into Task View
None of the standard views in 'Activities' contain the 'Company' field from 'Leads' - and I cant find a way to do this. This means that the you have a name etc in the view but have no idea which company. How can we fix this? Thanks - great product

I am wondering if there is a way for me to view all emails on a particular account, right from the Accounts module. Similar to how the Contact page lists all the emails as a "Related List" for that contact. Hello, I have installed Joomla 3.2 on my server and I have bought the Zoho Joomla lead component. I want every user that registers to my site to capture his information and then pass them to my zoho CRM. I have enabled the content Zoho lead plugin and the User Zoho lead at registration plugin. The problem is that the Joomla registration form which I am using has only limited fields for example it doesn't have a surname field and as a result the lead name which appears on my Zoho CRM is Not provided
How can a client receive an email automatically as soon as a record is created?
How can we setup ZohoCRM so that clients receive an automated email as soon as we update/create a client record? We looked at Workflows but they can only be configured to send alerts to ZohoCRM Users, not client email addresses. An urgent response would be really appreciated. Many thanks Cameron
