Can not change data mobile on ipad

Web to Lead Integration for Google Sites?
We have successfully implemented Web to Lead integration on our Google site but are having a problem that I can't seem to fix. We have several contact forms that serve different purposes (generic contact us, download various white papers, etc.). We have tried to add lead source to each contact form as a hidden field so that when the lead comes in, we can tell which part of the site it came from without making the user fill it in. It appears that there is no way to do this through the CRM feature's
Facebook integration/authentication
When I try to use the FB integration and associate a contact/lead with a facebook account, it prompts me to login to facebook via Pop-Up, which I accept. The Pop-Up then closes almost immediately and goes back to the same message. It was working a week ago, not sure why it is not functioning now? Thanks.

I am using the Free Version and have set up a customized view for Accounts. On the web, I can click on a column title and the data will sort on that column. Is this functionality possible on the iPad app -- sort? Is the sort capability available in any of the paid versions?

I have a SIPGATE account and have been using it with Chrome successfully on multiple sites other than when using ZOHOCRM. Is anyone else using SIPGATE with any success in ZOHO. I also use Google Voice and am aware of the known issues/workarounds there.

Can't use email templates with Sales Order or Quotes
Hello, after closing a sale or a quote, I always send the customer a copy in pdf. Not Assigning Tasks On Weekends
I am creating automated workflow rules based on a trigger date which will assign tasks at various days after the trigger date. I do not want these tasks to be assigned on the weekend or Holidays that I have designated. Is there a way to stop the tasks from being assigned on these days?
Zoho Campaign: Edit Contact: Grey Screen
We have a campaign that a colleague set up. I've been adding existing contacts to it without a problem. When I go to the campaign and try to edit one of the associated contacts (by clicking the edit link) The dialog box appears but it, and the whole window are dark grey'd out. It I hit the browser back page button, my previous pate is grey and any other Zoho pages I try to display. I've gotten this in Safari and Firefox. Babs

Hi, I am new to ZOHO CRM and want to use it for tracking my sales calls. Not so much phone calls but actual site visits. I visit a lot of customers at their place of business and want to track what we talked about and when I willcall on them again. How to best do this? The calls seem to be more for phone calls. Lookup Field Gives Account Name Not Account Number
I created a lookup field for Account Number on the potentials form that isn't working. When I select Account Name it gives me the list of account names from which I select the one I want. When I select Contact Name, it shows me only the contacts for that selected account name. So far, so good. When I select Account Number from my created look up it shows me the account name list again, I see the account number, which is not selectable. How can I convert all my lead into contact?
