password/email addresses & administrator function
I have 2 questions: 1) Can I change my role from Administrator to Standard and allow someone else to become the Administrator? 2) I recently added a new user whom I wish to allow access to view data only. How do I define their email address and password? I can figure out how to assign them a new password and re-define their email address. Please help.

Hi, I am trying to find documentations about Fields for Accounts, Contacts, and so on. I tried to locate it, but I can't find it anywhere. I know that you can use rest API to get that info, such as getFields. But, isn't there supposed to be a documentation somewhere stating what it has? I don't feel like it make sense to ask developer to call an API to just view what are the exact field names are for a specific module Thanks in advance!
Mailchimp Postal Address integrated to Zoho
Hi everyone, This is my first post in this forum. In MailChimp, the postal address field for a list comes up as only one column imported. So, when trying to integrate with Zoho, the postal address field doesn't get correctly synched (example, it doesn't separate the postal code from the street name, etc, onto the correct fields in Zoho.) Is there a way of integrating them? Of not having to do this job manually? Many thanks, Ollie

Hello, As an agent for yacht charter, I'm using Zoho CRM and Books. For every yacht charter/event sale, there is a purchase of that yacht charter event through one of hundreds of suppliers. It would be nice to easily link the sale together with the purchase. A yacht charter sale is always purchased specially for that particular charter. When a client calls in asking about his charter, I need to easily look up the purchased, easily find from whom the charterer were purchased from, email dialog, etc.
Auto Populate Account Info on Potential
We have our Account information set up as follows Territory Account Owner Account Number Account Name 01 Jim Smith 123456 Acme Manufacturing In Potentials, Account Name is a lookup field so when I click on the icon a list of all the accounts with all of the above information appears. How do I 'add mail list' in Zoho CRM?
I am looking to create mailing lists for the contacts that we have in our Zoho CRM. According to your user guide this should be an option on the contacts tab of the Zoho CRM but I cannot locate this option anywhere. Can anyone point me in the right direction as to how I do this? Many thanks.
Creating Mail Lists
I am trying to create mailing lists in our Main Zoho CRM system which can then be imported as complete mailing lists to our Zoho Campaigns account ready for an email campaign. According to your user guide I should be able to click on the contacts tab of our main Zoho CRM system and be able to 'add mailing list' however we cannot locate this option anywhere on the contacts tab. View Detail button
In the CRM Leads view there is a 'View Detail' button. I tried pasting the formula for this button into my own app but it just shows up as code. Problems in user creation
Hi There! I was trying to assign a ZOHO CRM user account to one of my peers and although the user is created it's not liked to the organization data. She is running an empty instance of zoho crm. The steps I did were: 1. Trying to assign a new user in zoho administrator console 2. System answer: This Email address is already taken. Specify a different Email address for the user. This is odd because I have never add that user before. Moreover it's not listed neither in active, inactive or uncofirmed

Can't Remove People from Projects During Creation
When I try to create a project in the CRM I am not allowed to remove people from the project. Their box is checked and cannot be unchecked. They are not administrator level and are not CEO roles. I'm sure it has something to do with Profiles or Roles... just don't know where to look. Check out the attached screen shot.

"Related to" fields for Notes
One thing that is nice about notes is how a contact note will also show up under the account. It would be nice to be able to expand this and relate notes to other items as well. It would be good to relate notes to a contact, account, prospect, campaign, etc... (all of these at the same time, I don't want to have to limit it to only two related to lists).

Hello I have received files in .ADF, .ALF & .PAD formats after client exported data from his ACT database. I need to convert these files to .CSV format before importing them into ZOHO I believe. Any suggestions on the best way to convert these files into .CSV format is appreciated! If there's a good free option available then please suggest, since there are some paid tools available anyway.
Problems with Zoho CRM and ZOho Books
Today i spoke with one of your stuff on chat and informed him that we put all the invoices on the Zoho Books, but we cannot see them (fetch) on Zoho CRM. He informed me that we have to put the invoices on Zoho CRM and then to fetch them on Zoho Books and what i was doing before it was wrong. So according to his instructions we delete the invoices from Zoho Books and add them on Zoho CRM, but still nothing worked. When i try to use again your online chat facility i have the same operator as before
Cannot send email zoho crm
I cannot send invoices via Zoho CRM I get a gmail server error. Where is this set up? I cannot find it in CRM or Zoho Accounts. Also Zoho Accounts will not allow me to add Info@boxoutbullying.com I get the error of the address already exists, However it is not in the list, I NEED to set this as the Primary address. Help. Having issues deleting products (as in we can't)
Hi, hoping someone can help us with this issue. We have a number of products that we setup waaay back when we started using zoho. Those entries are now incorrect/ no longer used. We would like to delete them however zoho will not let us, informing us with an error message that cannot be deleted until the are unassociated from the quote/ invoice/ whatever they are associated with, see error message copied below. I have setup a forecast and I am seeing other users potentials in the forecast. Why is this happening? Is there a way that the sales manager can set the quotas and get reports on them?

How can I create a report on potentials showing information such as notes for the potential and competitors information. I would like to create a report showing Owner, Potential name, Account name, amount, closing date, probability etc. but I cannot find the fields that contain information on Notes and Competitors.
