Bug when editing Potential Stage in IE
I use Chrome as my browser and have no problems with anything so far. One of my managers uses Internet Explorer and has the following strange behavior when trying to edit the Sales stage in a Potential: The "Edit" hyperlink appears correct when hovering over the Stage (Closed/Won, Analysis etc) but, as soon as you move towards the "Edit" Hyperlink, this disappears so there is no way to edit the stage. This works perfectly in Chrome, haven't tried in Firefox but most definitely doesn't work in IE.
Transfer all accounts
How do I transfer all accounts from one salesperson to another. Not 10 at a time, nor 100 at a time, but a mass transfer of all accounts (in this case, about 14,000)? Any help is appreciated.
Challenges with mandatory fields after I have changed the Tab Name
I have just started to use ZOHO CRM. Our company works often with Charities and so we renamed one of the Tabs "Charities". I was able to customize two other tabs and all of the associated fields. When I attempted to change the "Last Name" field in Charities I found that I could not alter its "Mandatory" Status. Through some research I have found that certain tabs cannot be made non-mandatory, for Quickbooks reasons. My issue is that "Last Name" Does not fit with the Charity Tab. Is there a
How do i make the macros that I have created so that they are available for another user (without recreating them)?
I have created about 10 macros to send out emails and update certain fields. My intention is to set these up for an assistant to use. However, when she logs in under her ZOHO CRM account, the macros are not visible. Is there any way to give her access to those macros without starting over and redoing all of them under her account? I have even tried to set her up as Admin instead of Standard user, but that seems to make no difference. I would rather keep her as a Standard user anyway.
Change required fields for events
Is there any way to change the required fields for events? There doesn't seem to be, but why not? It's too tedious to be forced to select and end time for events so I'd rather not show that field.
There seems to be a problem with your search feature
When I search with in my leads, I find that I often do not pick up some leads when I search under first or last name. Sometimes I can find those same leads by putting in the last 4 digits of their phone number. Other times that does not work but the last name will. When I notice these situations, what is puzzling is that fact that what I originally entered to search on, lets say first name, is exactly as I entered in the record and it was in my search. Quotes and exporting to pdf on Android
I"m having issues when I try to export a quote to pdf on CRM on an android device. The file wont open on adobe's pdf reader app after downloading it. I have never had any issues with this app or opening any other pdf files on my android device. If it is any help...I'm using a Nexus 10 tablet with version 4.2.2.

HiIm Currently running my zoho crm / zoho mail via a Chrome browser on a Win 8 laptop and keep experiencing display problems, either the page loads in text only format(really basic screen) or it stalls on the dashboard loading screen, and keeps requiring a screen refresh upon login. Is this an issue that is able to be rectified as i preference chrome over IE9, Firefox etc, is anyone else experiencing the same issues ? Thanks

linking table data in views.
HI, I hope my language is up to describing my problem you guys will be able to understand. I have created a field in my accounts table which is a picklist called type. I want to be able to view this information in the contact form and search criteria in contacts. How to change the top fields of the business card view?
Hello there, In the business card view of our contacts we see the full name of the contact, then a dash and then the contents of the gender field. Normally this last field shows the associated account name. See the attachment (in Dutch, I'm afraid...) Email template is not inserting the lead name as expected
I am using the first name field in my template ---> ${User.First Name}, I have a number of templates that I have been using. I have tested samples of each and they all insert the first name except one. I have tried to totally redo that template from scratch and it still is ignoring the field. Linking emails on the Potential and Contact Pages
I currently have one contact linked to each potential. I would like to see a record of the emails I send under each potential. So far, I am able to email each contact from the Potential page, but I don't see a record of the email that is sent nor the reply email on the Potential page. I do, however, see the email only under the contact page. How can I link emails so that I can view them under the Potential page?

Hi, MailMagnet is a great idea, in fact, thats only the reason I'm using Zoho. It looked like such a great tool but there's several shortcomings. I'm going to list a few and see if anyone reaches out. 1. Create Unique Icon for MailMagnet. The standard envelope mail icon is confusing and lazy. Spruce it up a bit so I don't just glance over it. How about a magnet? Maybe two "m"s? 2. Please introduce threads for the same email conversations. Otherwise I spend a great deal of time and effort searching
Zoho Books to Zoho CRM import
Hello, I am currently using Zoho Books, and want to start using CRM. I need to take all my customer information from Books and put it into CRM. Since sync information flows from CRM to Books, and not in the way I need, what is the best method of getting my customer information from Books and into CRM? I know I can export from Books and then import into CRM. Is this the best and only way? And are there any steps or "be sure to"s that I need to be aware of in the process? Thanks, Chuck
Campaign Report Problems
I have an ongoing campaign started 3/7/2012 that I put certain sales leads into and I have a campaign report that I pull typically every 1-2 weeks from it. I have always just used custom dates for the report. I previously would use the origination date of the campaign as my start and whatever the current date was and apply the filter. Once march rolled around this year I changed my start date to 3/7/2013 with no problems initially. Now I go and pull the report up and it does not include any leads
Mass update of multiselect field/ setting up activities
I am trying to set up a workable approach in Zoho CRM to run - among other things - mailing campaigns. In CRM systems I usually set up initial lists by manually selecting contacts to create a list. This means I can export data through reports to generate merge letters etc, and also have a record of what has been sent to whom. The way I have tried up set this up in Zoho CRM is to create a multiselect custom field in Contacts for mailers, adding to this as I do more mailers. However the problem is
New task not showing in Plotentials
When in looking at a potentials page (I have retasked it to Current Work to manage more than sales) I can add a new task in the Activities section of the page, yet it does not show up in the Activities section on that page, now or later. The new task does show up in "Open Tasks" on the home page, likewise if I go to "Products" and choose "Activities" it shows. But if I run a report on Tasks and Activities it does not show. Is this right?
Incorrect Timestamps on Reports.
It looks like exporting some reports from the CRM tool stamps them with time 4 hours in the past, I've double checked our organisation settings and the time zone is set correctly, any ideas?

i've imported several hundred products, and now i want to associate them with accounts. some accounts only have one product, some have several dozen. one account has two hundred products. how do i mass-associate products with a single account?
Events not syncing with calendar
My events that I have created are not syncing with the person that I invite to the events calendar. The events are syncing with my calendar but each event shows up as two of the same events in the block on my calendar. Any feedback to help me fix this issue would be greatly appreciated. Include emails in Account view?
Hi all, New user here, so far enjoying my stay. I guess I must have overlooked this. I would like to display all email activity in the Account view. This is currently not shown. I can see phone calls but not emails. If I want to see emails I need to check out each individual Contact. I would prefer to aggregate email information into the Account view. Any idea how to do that? The emails are added to the Contacts module via Outlook add-in.

I had a question from my Managing Director : "Can we associate a probability percentage to the rating field in the Lead module". Lookup fields not working with and Chrome browser
Team, Month 7 of this issue. Using Google Chrome browser and only Google chrome browser, I can not select options from a pop up lookup selection. The pop up window appears BUT I can not select any of the choices. Google Chrome pop up options have all been allowed. PLEASE / PLEASE can someone with GOOGLE CHROME expertise trouble shoot this issue? It has been seven months without a resolution and I almost lost a customer deal on this one issue. Internet explorer works fine.....
No logo in PDF exports
Hi I was editing my quote template and inserted my logo, its shows fine in the preview but when i export customer quote to PDF it come with broken sign. trying fixing it has also messed my product details section it would not strecth to standard A4 size. rest all fits with A$ page but product details section is shrunk.
