Layout Change?
I would really like to change the layout of the page. I'd like for the company info to be there, then the contact info, and they an over review of recent contacts, not fond of the lay out at all. Anyway i can change that?

Migrate 2 accounts into 1
A few years ago I started using CRM from Zoho for my small business. Along the way I stopped using it because I start working as an employee. Later I started for myself and I openend a new account. So now I have 2 accounts and by accident I use or my old one or my new one, to avoid mistakes I want to migrate my 2 accounts into 1 account, is this possible ?
Problems with the web form
I apologize in advance for the banality of the question. But I read the guide and the FAQ and still I can't solve. I'm trying to insert a contact form on a website. I fill all the fields of Zoho CRM, including the return URL (home page), and the "domain name". Then I copy & paste the html directly in the page. But if I try to fill in the fields, nothing happens: - I do not get redirected to the home page - I do not receive email notification - The contact isn't assigned to anyone In what i'm wrong?

Exporting Leads out of Zoho
I am trying to export a SPECIFIC set of leads (defined as a view) out to excel. What I see when it is done is NOT the list I wanted it to export (or that I had checked boxes for). Is there something specific I should be doing? Thanks in advance for your help!
Is it possible to consolidate multiple CRM accounts?
We sell our product through a team of international, independent resellers. Several of these resellers are using ZoHo in their sales efforts. As our business has grown, we've decided to purchase ZoHo CRM Enterprise for all of our resellers and provide accounts for them. We partition their data using the "Groups" function. Is it possible for me to consolidate their previous accounts and data into our single enterprise account? Or do I just need to export all the data from their accounts and import

Hi, How do I have to edit a lead so it shows up in the drop down option for "today's leads"? I am trying to set up the most efficient way to categorize companies to call for a certain day, for example if I make 100 calls today and I want to set 25 of them for follow up the next day I want to see them pop up when I select "today's leads". Generating link to Zoho CRM record for use from external source
Question: Is there a way to generate a link (URL address) to a specific Zoho CRM page (ie:a Potential record, a Report, etc.) that can be used from an external source? Use Case Example: A Sales Manager is reviewing a Potential record and has some questions about it. He emails his rep with related questions or needed actions, and includes a link to Potential record. When the rep receives the email, he/she can quickly link to the Potential in question.
Invit collaborator and add event in Zoho CRM
Hello, in the CRM it's possible to invit a collaborator to an event but why the event don't appear in the calendar of collaborator too!!! Do you have a solution to correct it ? thanks

Lead, Account, Contacts and Potentials all have a field named Last Activity Time. Is it documented anywhere what the triggers are that would cause a change to this date? Thank you.
Candidate Email Tracking
I'm using Zoho CRM and have set it up to keep information regarding my candidates. Is there a way of setting this up so I can also have it log e-mail interaction as well? I'm able to do this for clients but I've looked for an option to do this for candidates but haven't had any luck.
Can I create sub-views under a main custom view heading?
I would like to be able to split up my views into sub categories. is this possible? For example: Ohio Contacts Cleveland Contacts Cincinnati Contacts Athens Contacts Where all the contacts from the sub categories will appear in the main category (Ohio contacts) but I will only see contacts from the sub category when I go into it (Cleveland Contacts). Hi Is it possible to add an existing field to a form? I want to add in the address lines to an Event - but I can only add new fields to that form. I don't want new fields, I want the existing address fields already filled out in the Lead. Can anyone help? Thanks
TABS and their FIELDS being Identical
How can I create 3 tabs that are separate, but who's FIELDS are identical? The info I use from LEADS tab is the same info I want when it becomes a CLIENT and so forth. I want 3 TABS contents to contain exactly the same FIELDS. Love,

IE10 - calendar disappears when adding task under Potentials without entering date
Weird bug which I'd appreciate some help on. When viewing a Potential, and then wanting to add a task by adding a New Task under the Open Activities heading lower down the Potentials screen, if I click on a date in the Calendar the whole form disappears. So it's impossible to add a New Task that way, which is the way my client wants to do it (works fine if adding a New task by clicking on the "+" button on the menu bar. This only happens in IE10 - no problem in Chrome or Firefox. Any ideas?

created a web form to capture leads. created a workflow rule that triggers when a field is non empty. the intent is to generate a task which will appear in activities. not working. please tell me what i'm doing wrong.
Send Email / Quick Action
I am trying to send an email directly through ZOHO while in my "account" record... NOT my lead record. I see the "send email" in the quick action on the lead record. In the account record I do not want to do a mail merge or use an outside email system - I like having zoho record and log the email transactions in account's record like it does in the lead record. Am I missing something?
Default taks/events e-mail notification to ON by default
Being notified by e-mail when a task gets assigned sounds like a mandatory requirement. In our case it is essential, as we don't have all users opening Zoho everyday just to check if they have tasks assigned. I know that there is a hidden checkbox to enable it, but well, it's hidden and many times the user forgets that s/he needs to go there to activate it. Personal e-mail notifications setup
I think that Zoho has been choosing the wrong way to enable e-mail notification. It goes agains the way it is done in other systems. The Zoho way: Creator decides that something (like a task) must send notifications. Assignee receives the notification, even if he's not the creator. In few words, the person to be bothered by the notification has no way to say that he doesn't want to be bothered. I am trying to link my contacts to my accounts. My previous assistant set up everything in contacts. I have since moved all my clients to the accounts tab but I am unable to email out of that tab I have to go look them up in the contacts list. I know leads you can email from the quick action - how do I move a contact to an account so that I can send email from that area and not have to go back and forth? Help. Thank you.
Help, Layout problem
Is there a way to change the layout on the account page. I think its pretty mismanaged at is. I'd like to have the acct info, the contact info, and the recent actives, is it possible to change the placement of this stuff, or is set in stone. How to create a batch that copy a field into another one inside quotes?
When we convert a quote to an invoice the PO number is not in the converted invoice. So right know what we do is copy the PO number from the quote into a text field, and as this field is mapped with a invoice text field we are able to see it. But is there a way to do it automatically with a batch or something?Thank you!

I successfully downloaded the Outlook email plug-in; however, the Add-in tap is not appearing in Outlook. How to I resolve this so I can start using the email add-in?
Inventory Templates = useless
The 'Inventory Template' feature at the moment is completely useless. It's so tempromental that even selecting the text and copying it somewhere else (for a backup, ironically) will somehow edit the underlying HTML code and tell the template not to call in specific fields (It's only really calling in 'Product Details' that the issue) This needs to be solved asap.
Limited access for general use?
Hello everybody, Is it possible for members of our company to gain limited access? For example, if someone who does not have a Zoho CRM license needs to find a telephone number, is it possible for them to gain limited access to the CRM?
