I need a Report that shows how many deals passed through a stage
Hi all, I am in need of a report that shows how many deals were ever in a stage. I need to see how many deals were in each stage over the course of a 2 week period. For Example, i have 5 stages: Qualification, Application, Shop, Contracts, and Fund. Say I have 100 leads that are converted to deals, and i need to show how what percentage of all deals converted my salesperson was able to get an application on, and also show what percentage of all deals converted they requested contracts on. Cannot Delete Pick List Option
I cannot remove options from the pick list. When I try to click the delete button (highlighted in the image) nothing happens. There is no error message or any sort of response. I am on the free version, but wasn't sure if this was a limitation of the free version or something I am doing wrong. I can add options using the "Add Options in Bulk," but cannot delete them.
Keep functionality of conditional fields through api inserts
Good evening! A customer of us uses conditional fields for his crm layouts. When inserting data through the rest api, those fields do not work anymore. Even if the input is changed through the web ui, the logic behind those fields isn't triggered. Is there a way to keep this functionality? Regards, Marco

Zoho Dashboards sync to Zoho CRM
Is it possible to have a dashboard or page sync with Zoho CRM data in which I can show all my deals and each possible status or stage as a column? Report should be like a spreadsheet. Users should be able to click a radio button on each column to mark in which stage the Deal is. Also, each cell should be colour coded manually, user can change the colour of each step/stage and add a note. When user scrolls the mouse over the cell it should show the note to explain the colour of the cell. Do you reccomend

Hello, This morning I noticed a new style for the Fields in Zoho CRM Modules. I would just like to say, I am not a fan of this update and would like the Field style to go back to the previous version. To put it simply, there are too many lines. I don't need a dash to indicate a field is empty (as seen in View mode). And I don't need bordered fields to know where to enter the data (as seen in Edit mode). This update makes absolutely no sense to me, and only causes more visual clutter on my screen.

New UI Layout Issue: Popup screen for mandatory fields & overlapping error messages
There's a small css issue with the popups that occur when fields are set to mandatory in a layout rule. Scenario: User sets a field to X which triggers a layout rule that sets a field to mandatory. This causes a popup screen to prompt the user to enter details (which is great). 1. The user can't see the full tooltips within a field 2. If user clicks save without entering info the error messages overlap with the fields. See screenshot attached. (I'm on safari 12.0.2, Mojave 10.14.2)

Hi there, we are using the V2 API with a refresh token to get a new access token whenever there is an authorisation error, that is, each hour. My question relates to obtaining new access tokens with two requests that are close together. For example, a request is made and then fails, so we get another access token. But another request comes through before the access token is generated, so it also ends up requesting a new token. Will this cause a problem?

Two Factor Authentication not working for Android app
I am trying to disable two factor authentication. When I toggle to "disable" the message tells me a notification was sent to my iPhone app. BUT I HAVE AN ANDROID PHONE! I have my Android App set up on my phone. But it is not getting the notifications (that are being sent out to a non-existent iPhone). How do I get it to recognize my Android so I can disable this feature? Thanks!

Bad Update to the CRM Interface - Text field now much too small
Today an update to the CRM interface was released, and it's made it much harder to use. We use the text field widget to enter notes about the account. Previously the field took approx 3/4 of the page so you could easily enter and read your notes. Today the width of that box is MUCH smaller, making it very hard to enter or read your notes. I sincerely hope you'll either revert this change or fix it asap. It was much more usable previously. Terrible update. The red below shows the previous workable

Hi guys, I am new to Zoho and I am wondering about the following: Before using Zoho, I used Excel for my CRM management. Every customer got a Reference Number which looked like this: NZ-KKR-190621-1 NZ was a preset (always in the beginning), KRR is the owner of the contact, 190621 is the date I created the customer and 1 was an ongoing number. Is there a way to implement this as an automatic generated reference number when I enter a new customer? If there is a way, please explain it step by step

I want to add some details into a new lead form on the click on a button. I have written the code to connect to an external api using getUrl and can get the address information i need from it into a variable but I can't find how I can put information from this variable into the text boxes on the form. Hi, Im trying to automate the login for my web application but I cant find the way to do it. I can successfully retrieve a code for generating a token using the endpoint https://accounts.zoho.com/oauth/v2/auth but only if im already logged in, otherwise im redirected to a login page where I have to enter my credentials manually. I tried to use the endpoint https://accounts.zoho.com/login without success. Is it possible to achieve this? Thanks
