Hello, I am looking for a way to assign out records that already exist within Zoho to my reps. Zoho CRM Mobile App Falls Short when it comes to VOIP Integration
I use the CRM all throughout my day and it is mostly through my Ipad Pro, but I use the Jive Integration feature to make and log all of my calls and this is only available on the desktop web browser. This would not be an issue except for the fact that the only available options to place calls through the app is either the mobile device or Skype. If the jive integration is already set up on the desktop version, why isn't it available through the mobile version as well. Or even make zoho crm accessible

I am testing out Zoho CRM as a possible solution for us, but I had a few things I can't figure out: 1) I have our existing clients imported as contacts. If I mass email them a new media kit and sponsorship pitch, the system will track who has opened and who has not etc. To follow up I see I can filter contacts based on email status and campaign, but there does not appear to be a way to do this as part of the mass email selections. What is the best way to follow up only with people who have not replied

Hi, Just wondering if anyone has looked at Method CRM. It seems they have great integration with quickbooks and are similar in other aspects to Zoho. Has anyone here used it? Thoughts? Getting a little worried as we've recently upgraded to the enterprise zoho and issues are starting to arise the more we try to utilize zoho (e.g.: custom functions not working consistently). Getting check in data from crm (EVENTS)
Is it possible to get from the API of CRM the check in data of an event. I can see in ZOHO Reports that the event table has "check in Status" and "Check in Address" but when i run a search record on an event the response does not show any of this fields.

Mobile CRM app has right Date and tasks due, but wrong day.
It is Monday Feb 5, 2018 and my desktop is on track with that, but the Mobile app (which I uninstalled and reinstalled to try to correct) has always been a day behind. It claims today is Sunday Feb 5, 2018 basically. I thought this was a timezone or calendar issue but have not been able to correct it. Everything else seems to be working, but this has been a problem since I signed up a couple weeks ago.

Setting a Default Field Value
Is it possible to set a default value in a module? For example, I enter leads into the database for someone else, and would love to be able to have Zoho automatically assign them as the lead owner. But I would also need to be able to select the owner if it was another sales person's lead. I imagine that there will be other fields that companies would like to have a set value for, such as if they predominately work in their own city, or if they are actively pursuing leads in a specific industry.
Convert lead to new contact ALWAYS
Id like my workflow conversion of leads into contact to not "update" and only "duplicate" (ie - always create a new contact. The convert lead to contact button reads "If a Lead's email matches an existing Contact, instead of creating a new Contact, we will add it to the existing one.
