Creating report to find records without an Activity in a particular state
Is there a way to do this? In effect, I need to check for the lack of existence of an Activity (Tasks, in my case). Further, I want to generate a report that shows me Leads/Deals/Accounts/Contacts with no Activity having a Status of Completed.
Caution in Zoho Sheet View - you will lose data changing the column format!
I'm pretty sure I discovered that when you pull down a view in Zoho Sheet View, and change a column from numbers to currency, then save it, Zoho gets confused and wipes all the data out. Therefore, unless Zoho fixes that, be careful to never change the format of a column in the Sheet View prior to saving the view. Drew.
Mass Zombie Post Revival
Zoho... please stop doing these all of a sudden mass-replies to old “zombie” threads! I understand wanting to answer every question posted. But sometimes you just need to accept your mistakes and move on. When you reply to all of these threads which are all over a year old, you end up pushing all of the more recent active posts to the bottom of the list.
Custom Function Event Time Zones?
Hey, I've created a custom function whereby a Date/Time field is entered into a Lead as part of a blueprint/workflow, and then an event is created for the entered time. The function itself works fine, however the event that is created is always 7 hours ahead of the date/time that was entered. Hi, I have built a custom function that creates new renewal potential when an opportunity closes. The only problem is it creates the new potential in my name instead of the exisitng potential owners name, I have tried passing the OwnerID to "Potential Owner" in the map for creating the new Potential, then "Opportunity Owner" to "Potential Owner" in the map, they all seem to still create it in my name. How do I track the sales process of multiple product lines?
I'm an insurance broker and just started using Zoho CRM. Is there a way for me to track the sales process of multiple product lines (eg: Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, and Life Insurance). In my head I see it as having 3 different pipelines but I'm not sure if that's the best way to structure it. If I have one lead interested in more than one product line then I'd have to set up multiple potentials for the same lead. A little help anyone. Mike

Adding another email address to a contact
Hi i want to add another email address to the contact which is pre-populated with thier name and @mybusiness.com. I have already done the custom function to prepoulate a custom field. However the issue i have is that when i try and set up an automation rule it will only let me select the email or secondary email to send the template to. Hi. We're using an SMS system that is not integrated with ZohoCRM. What we want to be able to do is: When a customer receives an SMS he has the option to "reply NO to opt out". Outlook CRM Plugin Event Creation under lead/contact
Hi, I'm testing out the Outlook CRM plugin, I was wondering does anyone know if it is possible to create an event under a lead/contacts name from the outlook calendar, I can create the event in CRM under their name and then this syncs with my outlook calendar but ideally what I would like is that I create it in outlook, then searches the email and associates that event under the lead in CRM. Custom field data not converting to accounts but is converting to contacts
Hi, I have several custom fields set up and MAPPED as advised in your tutorial and this works fine however on conversion of a lead the custom field data doesn't import to the accounts screen. I inported this data from an XLS file and the data display correctly in leads but when I conver the data only converts to contacts but not the accounts despite everything being mapped correctly. Is there a way to install zoho app on a chromebook. I am looking at getting a new laptop - and I thought if I could get that - then I would have the best of both. Hi, since we have different category of accounts. I already created a field for TYPE of ACCOUNT (ex. Potential Account Calgary, Potential Account Edmonton, Current active clients). I already created a view also for each one of them. I imported 10 leads for Potential Account Calgary, but I cannot separate them from the 3 other accounts. MS Word Templates Getting Changed During Merging
Hi All, I have been experiencing a serious problem with my MS Word Templates. All my logos disappear, fonts change and some data completely changes. Hi there! I have idea to improve webhooks parameters in UDF. Add entity with all properties in custom format, like: ${Module::format}. Example: ${Leads::json} Result: {"Lead Id":"1234","First Name":"Jack",...and all other params in Leads entity} This template is more better and simple for clients. Because you do not have to manually write a list of all available fields in UDF. And if these fields are still added / deleted - this must also be observed to.

I just started an Enterprise Trial CRM and I run into a problem: I am stuck on the first page in the contact list (contact 1 through 50). If I click on the arrow (right bottom of page) to go to the next page (contact 51 to 100) nothing happens:
Doing imports from xls file and Account owners field not mapping.
I am importing from accounts from an XLS file . Accounts are imported however the mapping for the different Account owners are not occuring. All accounts are being assigned to one owner. All the owners/users are already in the CRM and are all active.

How to create custom function?

We are deploying RingCentral for telephony; however, we can't find the option to use RingCentral from my ZOHO portal. In fact, all the telephony options are missing.
