CRM report using Books data?
Z CRM is bett able to provide the reports we need than books. Is there some way to run a report in CRM which utilizes sales data from Books? Specifically I need a report which shows each line item from sales orders for our production planning. Assigning an Owner to Multiple Related Modules
Hi, I am receiving the below error when attempting to view the values of related records within a custom function, I am unsure how to grant this permission or if this is possibly related to this being a cutom module or similar. My goal is to update the owner of related modules on the update of the owner on a custom form, I have created the mapping but this does not appear to be working, any advise would be greatly appreciated. DateComp not working - Trying to Update a Formula Field
I'm using the following in a Formula field, but the value does not update from 0. Datecomp(Now(),${Deals.Date Ready to Invoice}) I'm trying to keep an updated record of how many days since the Deal Stage changed to "Ready to Invoice". Is there another way if the above formula won't update?

Unable to click on users
I am an Administrator of our CRM account and I am unable to click on selected users under Setup > Users Some of our users are appearing as 'undefined' and when I attempt to click on them the red bar across the top of the CRM page loads continuously. We've logged a ticket with support and have made no progress with the development team. It's been 4 days since the issue was reported, and our users are unable to work in the CRM. Is anyone else having this issue? Can anyone please help?

Custom features - View tasks, calls and events in same list in chronological order
i'm very satisfied with Zoho CRM but i think that it lacking a basic functionality for us, I would love to order a company's closed activity list, chronologically, but this is not possible because calls respect to tasks or events They do not have a single date field that I can order. Just look at the picture to understand my deep discomfort and my simple problem. I would like this feature very much. Anyone know how to help me?
Use data from "Contacts" in a "Custom module"
Hi All, I have a question. Is it possible to pull data from the standard "Contacts" module to a "Custom module". I have a custom module that has the name "Klachten" in there is a lookup field where I can select the customer from the " Contact" module. But in the custom module I can't send a e-mail to the selected contact. Is it possible to make a email field that automaticly will be filled with the email address from the "contact" module? I have setup an autoemail with the following settings: When: Execute during a date/time field occurrence 4 Days after Creation Date Condition: Lead Status is Open, Attempted contact, no show, contacted Instant Action: Email #1 It does not work though. Does the condition mean that the status must be all of those at the same time? Or does it mean that the lead status must be open or attempted contact or etc? Can anyone help me? User Performance Component
Hi, I'm looking to create a component where I can track YTD sales amounts for each of my salespeople. I would like one component to show me the following columns: 1. User Name 2. Scheduled calls not showing up in upcoming activities
Hello. I am trying to use the Calls function in activities rather than marking it as Tasks. Why isn't a scheduled call for a future date no showing us as upcoming Activity on the top of the page as does the future task schedules? This is an issue because when looking at an account that has a future call scheduled, there isn't a upcoming event bar at the top of the page which is deceiving. Webform redirect is stripping out valuable referral data
Hi all When tracking web conversions, we typically see lots of valuable data within Google Analytics and Google Adwords called Source/Medium. This tells us which 3rd party sites etc our users came from. Lately our download pages have started using an embedded Zoho WebForm and we're losing this data. I believe this is because when a user completes a web form, they are temporarily redirected to Zoho CRM before being passed onto our "thank you for downloading" page. Hi Is it possible to have Sales Targets/ Sale Budget created for each customer with same or different products. Our customers give us sales forecast/ budget at the begining of the year. Hi, I am trying to use a transparent PNG image component in an Email Template (using the new editor). However the transparency does not appear to work. Is this a known issue? Hi, I was wondering if it would be possible to reflect in a field when the last communication (email) was performed. There is any way to reflect in a field the last communication (email) date or the difference between the last communication and the current date. Problems to sync data of CRM to Reports

This only be happens with a specific field from ZOHO CRM, for example: In CRM my contact data is the status field, that is equal to signed. Can you pull data from another module?
Hi there, I'm in the process of customizing my Zoho setup. I can't seem to figure out how to populate a field in one module with data form a field with the same name in another module. For example. I have a module called "Leads" and a module called "Offers". Both modules have a custom field called "Current Value". Ideally, I would like to populate this field in the Leads module and then when I create an "Offer" for that lead, be able to link to that data. Hope I'm explaining this right. Any ideas?

Invitees added to a Event or task
I have a couple of questions regarding invitees. When I add an invitee to an event or task is it possible to have the email send a outlook meeting request rather than just a text message. This would allow us to set up meetings with clients or other resorces in outlook. We do this now with outlook and it makes the customer experience so much better than have them manually enter an appointment. Is it possible to have invitees advised automatically if the task they have been added to is changed? Thanks

Loading a picklist from a custom function?
Hello, I was wondering if I could load a picklist in the Accounts module with values from a custom function? I have a picklist field statically populated with a list of our facilities. Is there a way that I could populate this data via the api or a webhook that will fill it with the information from our database? Also is there a way to have list item pairs in the picklist? Such as an id value is behind the scenes of the display value? Thanks, David
