CRM Chrome Extension Limits Notes to 120 Characters?
I just installed the Chrome extension for Zoho CRM. When I try to add a note, call log or other information from the extension panel in chrome/gmail, it throws an error and says I have exceeded the 120-character limit. Is the extension really designed to limit notes to 120 characters, or is this a bug?

Is there a way for the 'location' field in the 'New Event' modal to use the address set already on the record itself? For example, creating a new event from an Account would have the location populated with this Account's address on record.
Changing a Search view for a Lookup field
Currently the default fields 'Account Name', 'Phone' and 'Website' appear when I select a lookup for Account. By using Setup/Customization/Search Layout I have changed the field selections by unchecking 'Website' and checking 'Site Name'. The fields are changed to show the new selections but when I do a lookup on Accounts I still see 'Account', 'Phone' and 'Website'. My changes are not taking. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!
searching for accounts while reassigning child to new parent account
Hello, I will be reassigning a lot of child accounts to different parent accounts (in efforts to correct some data). So far, I've noticed that when I partially search for the parent account that I'd like to reassign to child account to, it does not return a search result in the lightbox that pops up. Repeating task showing up multiple times
Hello---I created a task so that it repeats weekly, as it is something that I'd like to accomplish every week. With that said however, Zoho displays it multiple times under the Open Tasks, and there is no way to uncheck the repeat on the reocurring task when you go to edit it. Is a way to make the task display only weekly, as opposed to the entire list ? thanks
Trouble Signing In - "No network found.Please connect to Internet"

Extensions not working with european server
We have a test of Zoho one on the EU server. We have tried to install extensions like google drive and Mailchimp. By connecting to the external services, an OAUTH 2 form was completed and the related access was also authorized. But the last step failed, the server returns that the Zoho account we provided does not exist. I suppose the callback URL is on the US server, the US server could not find our account on EU server. Delete Primary and Replace with Secondary
I easily added a secondary email address but I need to change that to my primary and delete my current primary as the current primary no longer exist (we changed domain names).

Hi, We are looking for a solution where a Lead can be created with minimal amount of required information (First Name & Last Name) but before the Lead can be converted to a Contact, the Lead's Email & Phone Number fields have to be filled. We can set "Required Fields" in Contacts which only applies when a new Contact is created but these rules DO NOT apply when a Lead is converted.

Hello, My company is using the Standard edition. We only convert our leads to accounts once they actually start buying our products. We want to use the Deals but we see that by default you can only associate the deal to an account. The Lookup Field for Accounts cannot be changed to Leads and I cannot add another Lookup Field. Any ideas or work arounds?

Zip Code custom function not refreshing
My Zip Code custom function (enter a Zip and the rest of address is filled in) is working, but the results aren't instantaneous. I have to click Refresh (F5 key on keyboard) in order for the City, State and Country data to change on the screen. Any ideas for fixing this? I'm trying to save my users time....it will defeat the purpose if they have to remember to refresh every record. Thanks!

We found that after applying roles and profiles only the highest ranked role can operate the de-duplication tool - to our understanding this operation has to be given to any administrator. Blueprint coming up only after records are edited?
After a Blueprint was setup nothing comes up on the records meeting the Blueprint criteria. Even deleting all requiered criteria still nothing comes up. It comes up only after the records are edited some how. Is this a know issue? Do 100% of the respective records have to be edited after a Blueprint criteria is adjusted? in order for the Blueprint area fields to appear?

I have IMAP syncing set up so that I can send/receive emails directly from Zoho CRM but I also use Apple Mail on my laptop, iPhone and iPad for sending mail to / from the same account. I love that Zoho CRM automatically links the records in my IMAP's INBOX and SENT folders with contact records, no matter where I send the email from - but if I move it out of my INBOX into a different folder, the email no longer shows up in the contact record. Zoho Calendar to Outlook 2010 Calendar Sync Issue
Hi, A few of our sales engineers are having issues syncing their Zoho calendars to Outlook 2010 calendars. The issue started recently. I verified their settings of the Outlook plug-in, and the "Added to Zoho" category is properly checked. When they click "Sync Calendar," the Events Synchronization pop-up window appears but the Add, Update, Delete quantities are zero. I've checked everything I can on my end. CRM contacts from spam
Hello I am looking for a method to eliminate or quarantine contacts that are automatically added to the CRM contacts from spam emails. The issue happens because we have both CRM and Desk with a two way sync. All emails that come into the customer service email for desk are synced over to the CRM. API with ERP
Hello-- Our goal by the beginning of 2018 is to implement an API that would bridge our current ERP system with Zoho. With that said, we have a lot of data that needs modifying in our ERP system, that we already have cleaned up in Zoho. We do not want to provide access from Zoho to our ERP, but we do want to be able to clean the data in the ERP with the data that we have in Zoho. Is there a way to achieve this without providing access from Zoho to our ERP?
Showing Reports of Call Statuses
Hello, I want to generate a report of all calls and their status (cancelled, rescheduled & calls that took place). How can I do that - there is no call status field in the columns. The reason why I want to do this is because I want to see all calls that took place in a month and the numbers just dont add up - there are calls that took place but that dont show up in the "Attended Dialled". API Products Load time
Hi, We currently use Excel to load products with some vba code but the loading time appears to vary quite wildly. We only have around 1,000 products and it has previously only taken 1-2 seconds but recently this is taking much longer. Can you please confirm if this is a problem or restriction with Zoho or if this is due to the fluctuation in connection speed?
