Formatting contacts
Hello. We are facing difficulties to keep contacts like phone number or country name in a standard formatting. For example some clients leave their phone number like +33 6 11 22 33 44, others put 06 11 22 33 44, some write +33611223344 or +33 (0) 6-11-22-33-44. However it is the same number. Similar problem is with country and city names. Did anyone solved this problem somehow? Automatically?
Emails sent from Alert not showing in Lead Card under Email section.
All of my other emails to a lead are available through an IMAP connection and the Outlook Plugin but emails generated this morning to leads based on a workflow alert do not appear. I have changed the drop down to look under Emails sent from CRM.

I have in my Enterrpise Ed. many many empty prefix Mr. Mrs and I like to update/insert in that field "Mr" but only for the empty Mr.Mrs field. How to do that ?

Custom Function
Is there a way to trigger a Deluge script while on the Edit screen of a lead as opposed to when it it saved? I have been successful creating workflows with actions and scripts behind it, but those require a Lead to be created or updated first. I am looking for some real-time updates like setting values of certain fields all while our sales people are still inside of Leads screen making edits to an entry. Is this possible?
Email Template Question
I want to create an email template that will either automatically send when certain conditions apply like changing lead status or if someone clicks to send it. BUT... I only want this email sent to a specific email address that is NOT in the lead. We are basically trying to inform a department in the company once a lead has been sold as a signed client. Per Zoho support chat this was intentional and a "new UI upgrade." I can't imagine this being intentional.

PhoneBridge RingCentral
We just started using the PhoneBridge for RingCentral. We were very excited about it at first - it automatically looks for the phone number in leads/contacts, we can take notes, schedule follow up, etc really easily. However there are some things I've noticed that have made it a little kinky for us to use: I answer the call - i'm usually on the line less than 30 seconds and then I transfer or "call park" it to/for another agent to answer Zoho will log my super short call (RingCentral usually doesn't)
2 Lookup fields in one module
Hello--I am attempting to link 2 lookup fields in one module to 2 different other modules in Zoho. This is because I have information that draws from 2 different modules, that I would like to show up in one location. I was able to successfully link the data under the accounts information, but the contact information is not properly linking. Any suggestions? Thanks
"In the last..." filter not working as expected
I'd expect it to include the current day. For example, I would expect "In the last 2 days" to include today. But it doesn't. I did a support chat a while back on this issue and got the "working as intended" answer. Since another of my users just complained about it, I thought I'd bring it up again - this time publicly - in hopes of gathering support. I can't imagine a scenario where I would want "in the last 2 days" or "in the last week" to not include the current day.
Use RingCentral Integration in Blueprint
Anybody have any luck creating a function to make a call via the RingCentral integration within a blueprint? i.e. Trying to configure a call to go out to the main phone number in a lead, in the "after" section of a transition. Appreciate any advice!
Problem sending WebToLead Form per cURL
Hi, till 1 or 2 months ago, I was sending a WebToLead Form on a Website to an intermediate PHP Script to intercept the data and use it for other means first and then send it to Zoho per cURL. And it was working fine. Workflow with Custom function not triggering after API call
Dear, I have implemented a round robin custom function in our ZOHO Crm. When triggering this manually the process is perfectly working, also when adding a lead through the CRM web interfact the workflow rules are followed. Fills in a Field value based on another Field (within the same module)
Hello, I'm using Webforms to populate my CRM. Customers choose their country from a drop-down list. Once it is in my CRM, I'd like to update a field named 'Region' based on the customer's country of origin. For example, all European countries should be in the Region 'Europe'. That's the first step. Delete Super Admin account in Zoho CRM
Hi, I am a super admin for my org and one of the user in my org has ended up with a CRM account in which he is the Super Admin. I am unable to add him to our organizations CRM beacuse of this. Kindly suggest how to delete the CRM account without delete the complete account. I checked the forums but it seems the response are outdated as some option in your interface have changed. Multiple line items consolidate into one
Hello--I am creating a customized Quotes module to accomodate uploading Quotes for various Accounts (all of which we already have uploaded into Zoho). There are multiple line items (part #s), that make up 1 quote. I'm wondering how to set up both the Accounts module and the Quotes module, such that when I import an excel file into the Quotes module, and that excel file has multiple part #s attached to one account name, each of those part #s that are part of Quotes, also (and its respective price),

Problems with Sync
Dear Support, I am trying to set up a Sync between my Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns. Whenever I try to save the settings with the ZSC key I get a message saying: An account with this email address has already been created in your org. Why is the BCC Dropbox "search pattern" not an org-wide setting?
I'm curious why it's not an admin setting that I can set for my org? Rather, it's left to individual users which can cause problems. (I noticed a bunch of new contacts which shouldn't have been there. I originally thought it to be a policy issue with my team. It took a while to determine where they were coming from.)

Hello, our organisation would like to use Zoho CRM and PM features combined. Our staff is generally not IT savvy and I wanted to know, whether anyone has integrated Zoho CRM successfully and how it is running? Can I used Office 365 Desktop (Outlook) normally and CRM does it's thing or does is take a lot of administrative effort? What CRM functions are fully supported? Unable to delete modules

Account Inactive -- URGENT
Our account has been deactivated and we've tried reaching out to customer service via email and phone calls. We even contacted our account manager Matt Lackey. He said they are working on it, customer service put us on hold for 15 min on the phone and said they'd have to call us back. Nobody answers the support emails. Mass Email to Contacts based on Account level field criteria
When targeting contacts for a mass email, I'd like to be able to select contacts for a mass email but using criteria that is at the account level, such as Industry or Territory for example. Can this be done without replicating those fields down to the contact level?
PhoneBridge RingCentral - call start time
Hi, We just got PhoneBridge set up last thursday and I have a problem - my call start times are all an hour off. The phone rang a minute ago which was just before 5pm Eastern. RingCentral's call log is showing 4:57pm and zoho is showing 3:57pm. I've double checked everywhere I know to check time zones and they are all set to Eastern. Why is it saving them with a different time?
New Gmail plugin
The New plugin looks very good, but there is one challenge, when I open an email that I sent to a customer, I would like to view their information and not my own. I would suggest that if the email is from my self (email address can be listed) instead use the FIRST receiver in the email... I also noticed then I use threads, that the plugin did not refresh, when I marked different emails in the treads, and it was hard to get the right contact. Mostly it shows my own contact details.
Convert lead loses email history
Hi, After converting a lead to account/contact, I lost all the email histories related to that lead. Is this intentional or am I missing something here?
Calls "related" box
I wish this was editable on incoming calls. We just got our ring central integrated with our crm and it is so awesome, but it would be great if we could then edit the "related" field. We are using it for real estate so we get calls from other agents asking about a property and we have a custom module for our listings so it would be great if i could attach that incoming call to that item in the custom module.
Searching in Custom Module
I've created a custom module that contains the following fields: Created Time DateTime Last Activity Time DateTime Modified Time DateTime SIC Code Single Line SIC Code Owner Lookup SIC Name Single Line (Unique) When I access this module from the lookup field in the Leads module that I created it only allows me to search based on SIC Code. Is there any way to make it search also based on SIC Name?
Unable to import deals
Hi I've been trying to import a CSV file of deals into Zoho CRM. So far the account and contact imports have been working fine. Every time I try to import the 85 records I get an error message as below. Here is the link to 1 line of the sample data. What is wrong? Is it the date format? I have already tried format it to mm/dd/yyyy and have tried imports from CSV as well as .xls formats. Duplicate records within Converted Leads
As per your recent announcement of this new functionality & upon setting it on my side, my Leads are suddenly duplicated even though the 'email' is set as unique - why? Lastly, it's great to de-deduplicate against converted Leads but you don't provide a way to be notified on those so called 'duplicated' Leads? For example, I might have Leads being inserted in so many different ways by so many different people, how would I know when a new Lead was 'blocked' because it is already a Contact?

IMAP vs. BCC
I'm curious to hear others' perspectives on whether they BCC Zoho or sync via IMAP. We currently BCC because we want to permanently retain emails with contacts. We find them invaluable for new hires and just keeping a "history" that we can't necessarily achieve with notes. The downside of course being we can't take advantage of tools such as SalesInbox. Ideal situation would be IMAP sync with a way to retain emails permanently with their respective leads/contacts.

New Module
Hello! We want to implement a new module to link it with Account, Contacts and leads. The problem we see is that it is only possible to relate a single account (or contact or lead) with a single record of this new module. We need a Master - Detail type structure. Can this be done without a custom development? Thank you
